Sandra Kopacz's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Kopacz saved my life. When I was younger, I was very sick. I was born with holes in my heart, and Doctor Kopacz is the doctor I owe to saving my life. I’m now 22 years old, and living my life to the fullest. Thank you, Doctor Kopacz for saving my life.

No one in the office answers the phone they don’t return phone calls they are very slow at getting records sent to where they need to go the doctor herself is amazing the people in her office not so much

The fairly new staff is completely neglectful. Dr kopacz herself is an amazing dr but spending 2-3 hrs in a drs office is ridiculous. Leaving messages to get calls back is basically useless. Scheduling appointments is basically pulling teeth. Amanda the front desk has little to no concern in regards to leaving parents such as myself on hold for 15 plus minutes and never returning to the call and not answering the phone again after the fact. Doesn't care to apologize about the inconvenience. This office has entirely too many patients and still accepting more given the short staff. I will be switching my children immediately from under this staff.

My daughter was diagnosed with the flu, I was told that Tamiflu would be called into the pharmacy. I waited two hours just to be sure and when I get to the pharmacy there was not a prescription called in. Not to mention this was on a Friday when the office closed at noon. The on call service tried to page the on-call Dr, it’s been an hour and I still have not received a phone call. The Hawkinsville facility is dirty looking and the staff look unprofessional. Fake nails and all. I am looking forward to finding a new Dr. for my three children.

Doctor's and nurse are great! but other staff are horrible! They NEVER answer the phone. I have used them for 7 years but since I had my 2nd baby 8 months ago its been the worst experience I have ever had. I know good help is hard to find but at this point no help is better than what they have now. hate to leave the doctor's and nurse but I can't deal with not even being able to contact the office when I really need them. Even tried calling one more time before I posted this review ...still nothing

They are great doctors but you can not ever get them to answer the phone for nothing.

Very kind hearted Doctor who goes out of her way for her patients and the parents.

Dr. Kopacz goes above and beyond to care for her patients. My daughter was admitted to the hospital in Hawkinsville and after Dr. Kopacz worked all day in her office she personally came to the hospital to check on my daughter. I also have another daughter, that is epileptic, and is a patient of Dr. Kopacz. Before we found what was wrong with my daughter, Dr. Kopacz made sure that my daughter was under the best care and sent her to where ever she needed to go, to get the best treatment necessary. I absolutely love her ❤

Well qualified, hardworking and truly passionate for the wellbeing and health of her patients. Highly recommend.

Excellent Pediatric Doctor, has been my daughters Doctor since birth and she is now 14. Dr Kopacz gets things done that are important to children’s health and wellness.
