I wish I could not give this place any stars! The absolute WORST PLACE my grandmother was transferred to! They pumped her full of awful heavy doses of medication unrelated to her issues and were not caring for her in any way medically. I had to break her out which was a fight and sadly had to threaten to call the police, news stations and multiple HIPPA violations they committed not to mention not giving her the care she is needing as she is now suffering from dehydration and on the verge of being septic. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!! WORST MISTAKE WE EVER MADE allowing the ER dr to transfer her here!!! Once I got her to another hospital the physicians said thankfully I got her out. She would have died with all they had her on and not caring for her medical needs. Thankfully she is now still admitted in another hospital and she has almost fully recovered!

Living with someone who suffers with mental illness it not always easy, but I have discovered that anything in life "easy" usually fades quickly. I truly believe God lead us here to find Clearview! I felt an instant bond with Dr. McIntyre. She may come across a little tough, but her heart is not! Her staff is amazing! Sean (therapist) wonderful! I watched him listening to my sweetheart and he was actually listening! Liz (outpatient program) also wonderful! She knows her stuff! Watching her handle the situation amazing! She could have easily said "sorry closed" thank God she did not. I am horrible with names and I apologize now. The man that runs Clearview "great"! Even the pharmacist came to his room and discussed meds for at least 45 mins! again amazing! So, now to the heart and soul of this place..The Nurses and staff in the facility! "I saw God today" I watched Gloria handle a patient and she was amazing. This person doesn't speak just sorta grunts and moans and paces constantly. We had heard he could sing "gospel"! She put Amazing Graze on and he did sing and calmed some. He touched her hair and face! I cried! tears of JOY!! It's amazing what a small gesture can do. Especially touch! and a hug! Oh and Leslie (I hope I'm correct on her name). I had called Clearview several times over a period of time. Leslie answered the phone the first time. Oh my goodness she was so kind and patient with me. Again, I apologize about remembering names, but "EVERYONE" that works in the unit I thank God for you all! Your kindness above and beyond.
