Just received my invoice for my visit with Dr. Turner. Was shocked to get a facility charge of $400 for being affiliated with Chatuge Regional on top of the $225 the Dr. charged. This Dr. is in network for my insurance company. After insurance paid I am still responsible for over $300. I’d say a bit of overkill for any Dr.s appointment. I will not be returning to this facility…

I give it 5 stars bc the doctor is amazing, understanding, and charismatic. However, when it comes to getting your medication refilled, even with calling an entire week in advance, you will more than likely still be waiting on it even after the refill date. Every month i have to call and call and call and call just to get my meds refilled. Its turned into quite a hassle. But recently had a spinal injection done and had to make a follow up appointment, which the earliest appointment they had was July 1st, 2019. But thinking at this next appointment im going to sit down with the dr and address these concerns with her and see if we cant come up with a solution to the problem!!!
