Hes the best caring Internal Medicine Physician that truly cares for his patients. Its worth the wait because he spends quality time with his patients. Thats genuine love and concern.

Dr. Bannout is one of the best doctors I have seen. He listens to your concerns and questions you may have. He takes his time explaining details about your situation. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a neurologist.

Wait time is about 3 hours from check in to check out time. Doctor himself is great BUT he has so many patients that he cannot read lab results for about a week and when you have a urinary tract INFECTION and need medication you simply cannot wait that long because by that time you have had the infection for a month between calling for the appointment getting the appointment giving the sample then waiting for it to get back and then he have time to actually read it and that wont happen unless YOU keep calling daily Not many doctors take certain insurance because it is not enough money so we have to all be fitted in to the few doctors willing to get paid less. Sad cycle that we are STUCK in. After 12 years with this doctor I simply must find another one who doesnt have as many patients and can actually read my results the day they come in and order medicine right away instead of me having to seek help at the ER because he doesnt have time to read my results a week.

Scheduling is HORRIBLE. You will never wait less than 2 hours in waiting area then another 30 once in a Room. Also feels dirtyunsanitary. I have switched to a new provider.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bannout for at least 10 years. He knows my medical background. In 2018 I relocated to Florida but still come back to see Dr. Bannout in order to receive the prescriptions I need. Now that we are in the midst of the Coronavirus I find myself at the end of my prescriptions. Not only do I live 3 hours from the office but Both the State of Florida and Georgia have issued a stay at home order. I am not comfortable traveling at this time. When I called into the office to explain the situation I expected his office to at least extend the prescription for at least 30 days. The person answering the phone cut me off and informed me that I would have to travel to the State of Georgia in order to have my prescriptions renewed for any time no matter the Coronavirus situation. Thank you Dr. Bannout at a time when Americans are not encouraged to travel any length of distance your staff wants me to drive 3 hours and expose myself to a killer virus.

I have been visiting Dr. Bannout for over nine years. Each visit has been extremely helpful and informative concerning my medical needs. Ive found him to be highly professional in his approach and to all medical situations. He doesnt sugarcoat you prognosis he explains it outright. Im glad to have a doctor who is this dedicated to his craft.

Dr. Firas Bannout is my PCM. Hes very efficient professional and caring. Had it not been for his dedication and determination to make sure that I was in the best of health by always requesting a variety of lab work I probably would not have known I had prostate cancer. Thanks to him it was caught in the early stage. I had to have my prostate removed but I am now cancer free He always make sure Im satisfied with my diagnosis and recommendations. His last words are always you have any questions for me do you need anything.He is truly a godsend one of the best and I am blessed to have him for my doctor His staff are always professional polite courteous and greets you with a smile makes sure Im always taken care of.
