Phillip Ajayi's Online Review Report Card

I like it here. Doctor and staff are very friendly towards us and our child. All my questions are answered and it is very sanitized in the office. My only downfall is the long waits, especially if I have appointments or timely manners to do afterwards.

It’s unfortunate to leave a poor review, because there are no issues with Dr. Ajayi. However, the wait time is extremely long, staff lack professionalism, and issues with scheduling/billing. Every time we come for appointments, we have never been seen at our actual appointment time. If you’re into long wait times, be prepared to being there for 2-3.5 hours.

This office is Amazing!!! We had a horrible experience last night at the Liberty County ER, my 1 year old baby girl was taken in last night and after being the only ones in the waiting room and several hours later, my wife and our daughter, were dismissed with a clean bill of health, absolute fine they said and this was N.P. Laura Hayes (garbage degree). After a horrible night with our daughter and morning was just as bad, she was wheezing with a runny nose and a fever, Dr Ajai was able to squeeze her in strictly out of care and concern, and told us she has horrible ear infection, RSV and prescribed the correct medicine plus breathing treatments, Liberty County hospital is a complete joke and if not for Dr Ajai and his staff we would have completely lost faith in our local medical staff, so big respect to an amazing doctor and staff, truly we thank you!!!!

I’ve been trying to get my son into his primary doctor for MONTHS. And NEVER got him in. My boy has had restless nights. Stuffy nose. Coughing. Etc. and this office was the FIRST to actually figure out what is wrong with him! BEST DOCTORS OFFCIE!

Does not answer their phones. Does not return phone calls. Does not know how to schedule.I made an appointment 3 months in advance, for them to cancel the day before because they don’t know how to properly schedule. Won’t reschedule it in a manner that would make sense for my kid’s shots either. Honestly, so unprofessional and actively looking for another pediatrician since this place is a complete joke

Don’t ever take your child/children to this place! They are unprofessional and so rude. They don’t use gloves for anything, which is Disgusting! I still don’t know why they open to be honest. I just moved to the Hinesville area and I couldn’t get any other pediatrician for my sons, due to an emergency I went to the office. Everyone was late, the office opened late cause the employees were late. My appointment was at 8 am but got checked in at 9am and to make matters worse we were seating in the waiting room for another hour and 40 minutes for the so call nurse to checked my baby! It just ridiculous!!! Never again. I’ve been calling them for about 2 weeks now just so I could get my son’s shot records for school and they kept telling me that their machine broke down! 2 weeks!!

We Like the staff, but the wait times 😭 The first visit we waited an hour and a half. Same with the second. It takes us 1.5 hours to get there so that long of a wait is just too much, sadly.
