List of Mary Dailey-Smith's Reviews
I LOVE Dr. Smith, she has been our family doctor for about 4 years. She is personable with great bed side manners (very important to me). My son & daughter are now old enough to see her and I am signing them up. Friendly staff as well.
I rate this practice a zero star. My husband has received several lab bills stating nothing was covered by the insurance and I know this is wrong because he has the same labs drawn every 6 months because of his diagnosis. We have great insurance. My insurance company stated that the doctors office coded every lab wrong and they are responsible for getting it right. I have tried to talk to Jessica several times and she refuses to call me back. This place is horrible with customer service. I’m sure the doctors have no idea this is happening. My husband will no longer be a patient here. You’ve cost my family a 1000.00 in lab bills they should have been around $80.00.
I had been going to Dr. Smith for 5 years. I didn't mind going to her as I did some doctors, she was always sending me to specialists for I have many complications. After 5 years of seeing Dr. Smith, she encouraged me to try hospice care in that my health was failing. I felt like it would not be long before I passed. ON the last visit that I saw Dr. Smith, she gave me a paper that looked like it was typed in a hurry. It had many illnesses on it. She said here is a list of what is wrong with you, then she said, a couple may not be correct right now. After I got on Hospice, I got off and decided I didn't want it. I got on portal to let her know so I could come back. She said she could no longer be my doctor. When I tried to reply back, a red screen popped up that said "Prohibited" from using this portal. Also, on those papers it was down as she was my doctor for 6 months, but I had been for 5 years. I still do not know what was going on. I've had to let it go, but it hurt.
Dr Mary Daily is a good physician but, her staff is questionable. I have tried two days in a row to verify my mothers appointment. Given all the needed info the staff still did not oblige. I made it clear that I was not only her care giver but her transportation. All I wanted to confirm was the day and time to arrange my schedule accordingly. What I dont understand is I had just did a zoom call with them with my mom before I called to verify. Yes they did return the first call to say that they needed to verify that it was my mom. Understandable but when I tried to clear up the confusion I got nothing. Needless to say she missed her Appt. By the way I am listed on her paperwork.
When we talk about profesional and being Ethical. Dr. Dailey-Smith is the worst Dr I have ever encountered and experienced in my life. At 66 and as an architect I dealt with major healthcare facilities Doctors, Heads of each department and on, and design major hospitals on the west coast. In my first visit to Dr Dailey I had a clear picture of what we spoke. After getting home, I realized that my first name was misspelled. really?? This after I presented and they copied my driving license and insurance card?? Then Dr. misinterpret my lab results and calling my wife to tell me that I can have a hearth attack any time that I need to stop all physical activities. My cardiologist denied Dr Daily-Smith diagnostic a week later. The only thing that I can say is that have the displeasure to meet this doctor once thank god
You can not ask for a more caring experience in medical care! Truly amazing for this area and the way life works and the hustle and bustle....yet Dr. Dailey-Smith (and her staff) makes it abundantly clear that her patients and their families matter to her! She listens, responds and truly goes above and beyond! You will not regret making her your primary care Dr!
Office staff is very friendly, polite, and respectable. Dr is very pleasant. Listen to all concerns. No computer in room to distract from hearing my concerns. On my first visit i was very impressed. She had done so much in that one day to may sure all my concerns was address. Best Doctor ever.
Doctor Mary Dailey-Smith is an exceptional Doctor. My husband and I both have her as our primary Doctor. We moved here to Georgia 4 years ago and when I was searching on the internet her name came up. I say she is a Blessing from God. We are both over 65 years old and never have had luck with any Doctors previously. She is amazing.
Dr. Dailey-Smith was very personable, professional, and considerate of my fears and concerns with taking a medicine just because the 'conventional way' says to. She listened to me and offered her advice and encouragement and support, making me feel truly 'cared' for as a patient. She will be my doctor for as long as she is in practice!
My rating is not based on the Doctor. I have called the office to schedule a new patient appointment on Thursday, today is now Tuesday and I have yet to receive a call back. The recording says, we typically call new patients back within an hour. I've called twice and left two messages. At this point, I've decided to search for another doctor.

It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
