I just feel like Dr H.F. was very unprofessional with seeing my grandmother, she insisted that she return to work on a walker (her medical opinion) when my grandmother works with patients just as she does, which was absurd when she can barely walk but who am I to say I’m not a doctor but it just didn’t seem right.

Sarah was excellent and made feel at ease by explaining and showing x-rays in terms I could understand. Entire staff carried themselves with professional confidence and made be feel like I was in great hands. I think I have found the place for all of my orthopedic needs and highly recommend them for yours as well.Ken

Dr. Maguire & Heather are the best. He did a complain replacement on me in 2017. He did an amazing job. He has also treated other issues we have had. When he can't see us Heather steps in and is great. She does amazing on the cortisone injections.. No problems, would definitely recommend them and the practice. Staff and everyone is great.

All the staff that I encountered today were incredibly friendly and professional. They seemed to know what they were doing.

I had a total left knee replacement October 16, 2020. Excruciating Pain continues after 10 months. Was told to do PT over and over when I addressed this issue every month calling the office. Finally I got a second opinion, my knee cap needs replaced after the surgery was done. Do not recommend this practice.

I am absolutely disappointed with this facility. I feel tossed off to the side and once insurance gets billed they just don't care. I had a back injury in 2012 and when it flared up made an appointment online. The first doctor was a surgeon and since I didn't need surgery referred me to another doctor in the office, Dr. Lee. After a consultation they decided to do an epidural but gave me absolutely no patient education on the process. If I had know the side effects of the epidural I would have not had it done. My world went upside down instantly after the procedure. 3 days after I tried to call the office to let them know I was having issues. They took a message and told me a nurse would call me back. When I was not contacted in a timely manner I called again and Tiffany chastised me for calling back I was not their only patient. There was something indeed wrong with the symptoms I was having 4 days after my procedure. The office did not follow up with me. I ended up going the the ER because of my symptoms and they confirmed I had A CFS leak from the injection. I called the doctors office again the following business day. The nurse line would not pick up, thought I called during business hours. i left a message with an on call service thought the clinic was open. I had complications after a procedure and could never get a hold of a nurse of doctor at the office after the fact and had zero follow up. This is a chop shop and if I need more evasive treatment in the future will not be returning.FOLLOUP: though I did eventually get a hold of my doctor and his nurse the administrator below never contacted me. I was charged $2143 for the ER visit that this doctor caused. I will not ever go back to this practice.
