I had put off getting set up with a new primary care provider after a move. It’s hard to start over once you’ve built a rapport and long term relationship with a physician. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to talk to Dr. Stiff. I felt at ease right away! She is a lovely, caring Dr. as well as being completely professional! She listened and took her time explaining things to me. I really felt as if I’d known her for years and that she was truly concerned about my well being. The office staff was very professional and called me within 2 days to go over my lab results. I look forward to the future and getting my health back on track with this practice.

Dr. Stiff is a very caring and thorough provider. My issue is with her new scheduling policy. Apparently, patients are now only allowed to see Dr. Stiff once a year (“so she can see all of her patients”). If you have any other needs after you’ve already had your one visit, you’ll have to be seen by one of the PAs in the office. I intentionally established my care with Dr. Stiff when I decided to become a patient, so why would I want service from one of the PAs now?

Dr. Stiff is a fantastic doctor, she actually listens to you, she’s relatable, polite and SMART. She really encourages and advocates for a healthy diet and exercise before rushing to place you on medication for conditions you can reverse and control with proper lifestyle changes.

Called initially and was told I couldn’t make an appointment until I set them as my PCP with my insurance and that it takes a few days so I was refused the ability to set an appointment. Called back several times since doing so and still have yet to be called back. I’m sure the provider is amazing based on the reviews but the staff don’t seem to match.
