I have natural curly hair which I take very good care of. I have not put heat to my hair in 3 years but I decided to get a blow dry for an event I was having that weekend. Biggest mistake I made was going to this salon. Rosy, washed and deep conditioned my hair but then she proceeded to blow dry and detangle with a rat tail comb. 🤦🏽♀️ Any professional would know that this is a major no no. She didn’t even fully detangle/ blow dry my hair before she started using the flat iron on my hair. Apparently she felt that I have too much hair, even though my sides are shaved, SMH that she wouldn’t finish that night so she invited her coworker to iron the other side of my hair with her other flat iron. Her hair trimming “skills” are ridiculous as well. My hair smelled burnt by the time she was done. I just washed my hair and the bottom of my hair is damaged. Hair has no curl pattern what so ever because of her unprofessional quick routine.

Exorbitant price for low quality service trust me you will not get what you pay for ... I did a hair Botox treatment and it’s almost as if I didn’t just do my hair at the salon ... I will never return to this place as they are all about $$$$ don’t expect pandemic savings or reasonable prices.... also had a bad dye job but if you’re looking for people that genuinely care about your hair look elsewhere as they will not own up to any damage.

Love this place ! Rossy is truly the best with color ! She is so patient and kind. I call her the color master . She has saved my hair many times . I always know that I’m going to be happy when I leave her chair !
