The lady who runs the front desk is beyond rude! If you have Medicaid good luck getting seen for anything other than your yearly check up and shots ! Every time one of my kids have had a cold or not felt well I have tried to get them and they have refuse service on them

Dr. Rollins has taken care of our son since October 2020 when he was born. As new parents we are thankful for her calm demeanor, patience and helpful advice. Everyone there has been great!

We have been going to Dr.Rollins for 8 years now. As of now we are finding somewhere else to go. Every time We take my daughter in they always say it’s a virus let it run it’s course. Well Friday the NP said the same thing “it’s a virus, give it 3-5 days. “ My child has a 105 fever and they sent her home to run it’s course and here we are day 4 at CHOA with a severe UTI and on IV antibiotics. CHOA said they are so glad I didn’t listen to the pediatrician and used my own instincts. We are done with this office.

Do NOT bring your child to her if they are on the spectrum! My nephew has been a patient of hers for 2 years, but since the first couple of visits we have taken him to the Walgreens clinic rather than deal with how terrible she is with him. She has been impatient and out right rude despite the fact that he is severely autistic and has a huge fear of doctors that she has now contributed to. Whenever he would have to see her, he would be distressed for days after, and we have always felt that she would rather do anything else than deal with him. We finally tried to replace her as his primary care physician today, only to have her office call the new doctor and tell them that he is unvaccinated, which is untrue. We have his immunization records, and proof that they were sent to her office. They now claim that, in the 2 years that he's been going there, they have somehow never noticed that his vaccinations weren't up to date. They claimed that they never had reason to check his records. When we called to figure out what had happened we were told that Dr. Rollins had put in her notes that we had declined mandatory vaccinations. This is blatantly untrue. How exactly is it, if they have never noticed his record not being there as they claimed, that they would even know to ask to vaccinate him? I don't know what kind of communication errors or flat out lies are going on at this clinic, but we will never go back. Dr. Rollins in our experience has been impatient, rude, and generally unwelcoming to my nephew solely because of his non-neurotypical traits.

Dr Rollins is absolutely wonderful with all three of my kids. They all adore her and she takes so much time with each of them. She is great with daughter who has special needs, we couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

Got a weird letter 3 weeks after it was dated from this Dr. telling me to find a new doctor for my 3 week old children, no explanation. I will, because if a doctor can tell a newborn to find another doctor, this doctor has poor judgment.

My children are long time patients of this location. We've been there since it opened. We are transferring to a different location due to the constant rude staff. Dr & Nurses are superior, but the front office staff have no customer service skills and have been rude to me for years. This location definitely needs a clean slate. We will not be back.

Dr Rollins has been our kids' pediatrician for 7 or 8 years and our experience with her has been marvelous. She is super nice, attentive, listens and addresses any concerns you have. She will hopefully be our pediatrician for a long, long time.

Front desk not super friendly at all. They didn’t even use my name to address me and didn’t even give any eye contact. Nurses and doctor were nice and personal. Not sure how I feel yet but I thought I’d mention it here

Love her and her staff! Great doctor, great with kids.
