My son is a newborn, only been there once, out of no where, got a weird letter in the mail from Dr. Rollins stating to find another doctor. Which I will. I just moved here, so glad I didnt switch my other son to this doctor. Oh, the letter is dated June 21 and received it July 6th. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Dr.Rollins and staff are great! I never truly felt comfortable with my daughter’s previous pediatrician so it is such a relief to be able to feel good and trust that she is getting proper care.

Front desk employee was extremely rude. When leaving she told me to cross out what I had selected on a form bc Northside policy doesn't allow the parent to chose on this particular issue. Why is the choice on the form in the first place?The doctor/PA we saw prescribed two inhaler SPACERS and only one inhaler, after I had specifically asked for two (one for school).We absolutely will not be returning.

We drive 40 minutes to be seen here. The front desk staff has always been helpful with the insurance aspect and connecting me to the right person to answer my questions. I know that everyone here wants what is best for my child and that is really all that matters to me. We are so thankful for this team!

Office staff is extremely rude. Dr Rollins was very nice, but we will not be back. At my first appt, the front desk shouted across the waiting room that we were behind on a vaccine and needed to catch them all up at once (HIPPA violation). When we were called back to the room, the nurse immediately started in on vaccines, without greeting us or anything. I am not against vaccines but wanted to discuss a concern from a previous reaction with the doctor. The nurse informed me that the only option I have is to follow the guidelines exactly or they won’t see me as a patient.

They are the best. Dr. Rollins and all the staff are amazing. We have been going to them since they opened. Never want to go anywhere else.

Horrible experience. Was there for a year and asked many times for my child patient portal to be updated it never was. I had to instruct the NP nurse on how to get my kids temperature correctly and tried to explain to them that allergies dont cause fevers. The NP Wouldn’t communicate with me when I asked. We have moved onto another pediatrician and guess what? It wasn’t allergies! Everyone’s head seemed to be up their backside here.
