I highly recommend this facility. The staff we're very nice and very pleasant.

I was told that I'd probably be at the center for around 1hr. 1/2, yet all of the staff members from Janette to Lyndsey (please excuse the spelling) and the physician were very efficient and professional back in here and I was in and out in about an hour. Great work!

The ladies at this facility are nothing short of awesome! Dorothy J. who registered me and my radiology tech were so kind. Mammograms are scary for me because of family history but these ladies made me feel more at ease. This was my first visit to this particular Wellstar location. I will be back every year.

North side Cherokee Wellstar is a very clean, well run facility. It is conveniently located with easy access and friendly staff members. I have had various doctor appointments, lab work & imaging done there and they have all gone smoothly and efficiently.

Mammogram Tech and Radiologist were both friendly, quick, and efficient when I came in for a diagnostic mammogram. It was a very positive and fast experience. :) I drove from 30+ minutes away past other options b/c Wellstar has been so much faster at setting up appointments, and far more of a good experience than my local Piedmont options. :)

Let me start by saying I moved here from Florida so I am new to Wellstar. I have since developed an illness we are trying to uncover. From the ER to the Physicians I have seen and all nurses, front desk staff and lab techs I have seen almost ALL have been professional, kind, empathetic and a pleasure to interact with...until today.I was scheduled for an MRI this morning with and without contrast. I was unable to proceed with the contrast portion as I was suddenly very claustrophobic and nervous. So, I asked for testing to conclude. It's been a very emotional few weeks since being told I had a mass show up on one of my organs. Very little sleep and all the stress that comes from juggling daily life and the possibility that yours may be in jeopardy. So, I find it UNACCEPTABLE for the MRI tech to not only tell me point blank I have a bad attitude and call me "Darlin" in the process. As well as announce to me that he's no doctor but he didn't see anything of concern.First off, Sir, ones attitude is none of you business. Until you walk in the shoes of someone's life you have ZERO right to tell anyone what feelings or attitude is right for them, especially in a professional medical environment. Secondly, welcome to 2021, I can't speak for all women, but I think a lot would agree that we don't appreciate a stranger calling us "darlin" and especially in a flippant way while condemning our attitude about a medical issue or procedure. Stay in your lane.Lastly, whether the news was good or bad, I don't want or need your opinion on what is wrong with me. That isn't your call or your right to tell me. I prefer to get that news from my Physician. Again, stay in your lane.I will never go back to this location again. Wellstar needs to give this guy some training and a warning to keep his attitude in check.

This facility is excellent. The location and helpfulness of its employees makes every visit streamline and worthwhile. I am thankful to have them here in Cherokee County!

This was not a good visit, the responses were vague and evasive. I felt like they just wanted me there so they can charge me and my insurance company for an office visit!

SO disappointed.  I really wanted to throw business to Wellstar, now that they have more services nearer to my home, because Northside Hospital system sucks (billing/cost-wise).  But Wellstar Imaging @ Cherokee has long wait times, doesn't answer their messages, has voicemail mailboxes that are full -- and, now, a service that I need (performed by a radiologist) is not performed at this location - I've got to drive 50 miles round trip instead of 18.  They don't seem to get that, when you may have cancer, you want fast, and you want convenient - and, unfortunately, will give up awarding your business to the most fiscally-responsible if they don't treat you with care and concern.
