Arrived at 8:15am only a few people in waiting room which was awesome. My wife was really sick, so this was great. As we waited we observed more and more people arrive and get called back. We were not in luck, at this location you can schedule you urgent problem and arrive and be seen. If you don't know about this schedule ability plan on waiting in the waiting room for awhile. As of this post sitting for an hour.

I had to bring my six year old one Sunday morning. I called ahead to make sure they saw pediatric patients and from that phone call on it was a great experience. The person who answered the phone didn’t seem bothered that i asked what the wait was. Which can happen at urgent care sometimes. I understand they do get busy. The wait was less than 20 minutes. The facility was clean, lots of space to space out. The nurses and PA we saw were both great with my son. They diagnosed a double ear infection in about 10 minutes, called in antibiotics and he’s on the mend. It’s not the closest urgent care to us but if we have to go again, any one of us in my family. We’ll go out of our way to go to this one!

This place was great! I was super sick with a stomach bug and was seen and treated so quickly despite the small wait in the waiting room. The dr and nurse were compassionate and I even got a follow up call to check up a few days later. I never thought I’d leave a review for a dr’s office but they earned it!

I was seen yesterday at Wellstar Cherokee Health Park Urgent Care. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left every staff member was extremely nice. The receptionist offered me a beverage to drink while I wait to be called back. Dr. Chever was super friendly and caring. She took her time with me and explained things very well. She helped come up with the best treatment plan possible for the issue I had going on.

I would absolutely recommend going here!!! The nurse made me feel safe and comfortable, she repeatedly asked if I was okay or if she needed to do or get me anything. She even held my hand through the visit because she knew I was scared and nervous!! They completely take care of all your needs and they are the best staff I have ever seen at a medical center
