Terrible experience. Waited an hour after my appointment to be seen, none of my concerns for addressed or regarded by the staff. Staff didn’t help with my issue in any way.

Very disappointed. I was told by the doctor that I the routine colonoscopy included a follow up appt. What I wasn't told was that they would charge $60 copay to give the results which could have been emailed. My insurance does not cover follow-ups but they never checked that before telling me it would be included. Doctors have to get out of the habit of booking unnecessary appointments that cost patients money. The results could have been emailed and an appt made to discuss if there were questions. Front office staff acted like they have nothing to do with how billing works and didn't care a bit that it was costing money when I was told it was all included. Doctor offices have control over how they code appointments. It's time they stop refusing to take ownership for how it ends up billing.

I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room to get to sit another 45 minutes waiting for the doctor. My time as just as valuable as the doctors. I'm just asking for a little courtesy to tell me when they think the doctor will see me. The icing on the cake was none in the office was even friendly. Yes Covid is real, but your sense of common decency should always apply. I was seen at the Braselton office.

Holly and Sherry in the Gainesville office are very unorganized, lie to your face and do not make an effort to do their job properly. You can never get anyone to answer the phone and if by chance you do you will not get a call back from they assistants. A family member had some very high blood test results and they didn't make sure the doctor gave them permission to let the patient know or to at least get the doctor call for a follow up appointment in a reasonable time.

Dr. Llyas actually LISTENS when you tell him how you feel. He asks questions and doesn't just try to hurry you out of the room. I had a very bad experience with another GI doctor who didn't listen and, of course, misdiagnosed me and I ended up in the hospital. Dr. Llyas listened, asked questions and ordered the correct test to give me a proper diagnoses. He is a little hard to get a quick appointment with, but I can understand a GOOD doctor being in such high demand! I will never see anyone else again!!

Take my advice and go somewhere else!! Tried to get an apt but my Dr has left the practice so now they treat like a new patient even though I'm established patient making you see new Dr. consultation before you can be seen for your problem. The person I spoke with to schedule an apt was so very rude, I just gave up and looking for new Dr.

Dr. King is one rare Doctor to find nowadays. He listens, he’s in no rush, he cares for your concerns, answers questions patiently and he’s impressively knowledgeable. Not so many gastro Doctors that know about the liver.

When I first went in, I had a great experience. The doctor seemed professional and knowledgeable, but as time has gone on, I find myself more and more frustrated with the lack of care. Whenever I have an issue, I have to leave a message, only to be called back by a nurse or drive up there to get something actually done. Windham seems out of contact for half the week or more becuase he is at a different location. I wish I had a better review to give.

I had a consultation with dr. Elias in the office in braselton. I found the doctor and all of the staff at the gastroenterology office to be profoundly kind and exceptionally professional. No one likes to have to schedule a colonoscopy! But the doctor seemed exceptionally intelligent and obviously knowledgeable and was extremely specific regarding the medical plan related to my colonoscopy and other issues. Previously, I have gone to two other gastroenterology offices around Athens Georgia. I am so pleased to have found this office and as strange as it may seem, for the first time, I am not horrified by the prospect of having this procedure done! If you are one of the lucky, that needs to have a screening done then this is the office to go to!

I don't know why this practice has received so many bad reviews! My physician is Dr. Ayinala, I've been to other practices with other groups and HE listens to me, takes me serious and got to the point quickly of what was making me sick! Yes, I've had to wait sometimes longer than I want to, but sometimes you have to wait for the best, he is busy because others like him as their physician! His knowledge is amazing, the best I've experienced! Everyone at the Friendship Road office is very nice and helpful. I'm thankful for Dr. Ayinala and his team!
