I have a friend his name is Mike and that speaks very highly of you and he referred me to you and said that you are a very educated understanding respectful nonjudge mental doctor. Hi I am coming from A another psychiatry doctor that is either processing me I’ll talk to her about increasing my anxiety medication she don’t wanna do it I’ll pay $120 outofpocket every month. And I feel like I’m being railroaded. And I don’t like the way she judge me and she makes me feel very uncomfortable and my friend Mike said that you won’t do either of these things that you are a awesome woman.

I would leave zero stars here were it an option. Dr. R.O’Neal was rude with me and generally uncaring. I see the reviews left by others and I am amazed we’re talking about the same woman. Her office is rundown and uncared for and I genuinely feel she has that same amount of respect a care for her patients. To sum it up IT IS SCARY TO ME THIS WOMAN IS ORACTICING MEDECINE

Most unprofessional medical practice I’ve ever been to. Office is dirty and quite run down. The doctor slouches mumbles and generally fails to communicate. Honestly it was pretty scary even walking in to the strip mall that houses her practice. Needless to say I am stilllooking for a new primary care physician. Have no trust at all in her decisions.

I love Dr. RichardsonONeal. She takes time with you and is a good doctor. Her staff leaves much to be desired. They keep the answering machine most of the time so it is very difficult to reach them and you cannot leave a message as their voicemail is ALWAYS full. It takes them a long time to make referrals or fax test results to my other doctors. My doctors and I have to keep calling and trying to reach them to get results or referrals.
