I came in around 2am with severe abdominal pain and I was pretty nervous. The receptionist, nurses, and Dr. Michael Yip were all great and helped me to feel at ease. Dr. Yip really took the time to listen to me and I felt very comfortable with him. I hope to not need any emergency services in the future, but if I do then I will be coming back here!

I had a severe car accident and came here struggling with shock and anxiety. The vehicle flipped and I hung upside down which caused shoulder and neck pain. I was not prescribed anything for pain management and after a few days the real pain set in. I visited this hospital twice this week, 11/01/19 and 11/03/19. Each visit was excellent through every step. No paperwork to fill out, they immediately fill it out with you electronically. Each nurse was very patient and cautious of my pain and emotions. The doctors have great bedside manners and educated me on proper care of my shoulder and medications. I appreciate the "after visit paperwork" that included more info about the emotional and physical changes I am experiencing. 5 stars all around. Thank you!
