It seems that every practice Dr. Marrero works at gets rid of the original doctors shortly thereafter. I don't trust a track record like that, nor do I want that in my doctor. Beware!

I was a transfer patient from his partner. He Never even looked at my almost 20 yrs of records! He wanted to start from scratch. Ordered an MRI and office did not follow up with notes for insurance to approve until weeks later. I miss Dr Szeinfeld! He was compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. Very disappointed in Dr Marrero and his team! Will never step foot in that office again if Dr Szeinfeld is not there!

Dr Marrero is of extreme patience, professionalism and sets a calming tone during visits. He is detailed and takes the time to listen and ezplain. The staff on the other hand i cannot say the same. The front end, nurses have attitudes that make one feel bad. They do not follow thru, they are xondesending, and vause great strss and pain, to add to the already existing discomfort one walks in with.

Such a nice man. Such a crazy office staff. Such a round around. Even my referring doctor was unable to work with them. Too bad. Beware. Find another pain specialist if you are in pain or have been referred.

Dr. Marrero is a very humanistic doctor with state of the art treatment skills. His kind, concerned and gentle nature is equally matched with his high technical and practical experience. I highly recommend the doctor to any one with severe pain disorders. Communication thru the office staff is occasionally labored due to the mechanics of the phone system. He rotates thru several office locations. Don't be discouraged. I don't feel it is a true reflection of the doctors outstanding service.
