The people are very friendly and professional taking the time to talk about and explain all the details and side effects of the medicine prescribed for my prostate cancer. I was in the jasper office a few weeks ago and am very pleased with my visit. Dr Rosenfeld was truly amazing very attentive to all I had to say.Also the warm welcome of the front desk associate Rachel I believe was her name. When I was confused she was quick to the rescue with an immediate response to my insurance confusion. I will definitely revisit this office with my needs.

I was given a telemed appt with the PA. One was from her car. One she was outside. I’ve asked for prescription 3.5 weeks ago. Called twice. Told its not in my chart. Told to leave message with medicine name. Done. Still nothing. If the PA IS MY ONLY OPTION WILL NEED TO FIND A NEW PRACTICE.

I met with Tansy Ridings. She thoroughly and professional review my symptoms and the CT scan. She explained why I was experiencing these symptoms and gave me samples of a medication that has made a big improvement in my symptoms. Thoroughly satisfied. Have been going to Georgia Urology for over 20 years and have gotten the best care you can get.

Both Dr. Rosenfeld and Tansy Ridings are Top Notch professionals Both very easy to talk to sometimes the topics are a bit on the touchy no pun intended side of your health concerns and I can attest that Tansy is just a slight bet more gentle than the Dr......Shes terrific Dr. Rosenfeld has treated my stones on numerous occasions...He knows his profession well I wouldnt be treated by anyone else....Very highly recommended for Urology issues. 5 our of 5 Stars
