Piedmont Mountainside Hospital Cardiac Imaging Center - Jasper's Online Review Report Card

Went for covid and had pneumonia. Best nurses around. They were so nice, courtesy, helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t say enough good things for the er team and the team on 2nd floor.

My daughter came tonight with an anxiety attack over the death of her dad. The sweetest PA helped her tonight through a difficult time. We all cried and she gave wonderful words of encouragement. Thank you.

Horrible experience every time. My grandmother has dementia, and they are not returning any phone calls and it’s been 3 days. They have put her in isolation and no one can tell us why, or can even return a phone call to explain why. Do yourself a favor and drive down to a better hospital if you can, because this one is absolutely horrific.

I had to be hospitalized there for 3 days n i really am proud to have had cathy parrish as my nurse she was so kind n politie. couldnt have asked for a better nurse. n the food was awesome even though couldnt eat alot at the time .it was way better then use to be. n you get to choose your meals a day ahead. I highly recommend this hospital n the nurse in ellijay Er named Nikki Jones. she made the transfer n all to hospital so easy n comfortable. thank you ladies so much!!

I have lived in Jasper my entire life and Piedmont Mountainside has never been worth anything. We have and always will continue to go to Northside Cherokee. Unless you are okay with sitting for 4-5 hours no matter how urgent your issue is then I do not recommend going to Piedmont Mountainside. The nurses and doctors act like they are respectful and nice but they are slow and do not care of the severity of your condition.

most of the time when I went to Piedmont I've had a very mean arrogant staff they were rude to them which drivers and me as well today I struck the gold mine and got a happy staff who seemed to treat me and others around them well it made me really happy to finally get a happy staff that was working well with me the patient and always makes you happy when you come to a place for people happy or at least pretending to be happy even if they're angry keep up the good work

Thank you for the EXCELLENT care given to me on Sunday!! With all that is going on I REALLY DID NOT want to go to the er but I had to. Big THANK YOU to ALL from the front desk, Dr, nurses, all the staff that it takes to maintain this hospital!! Thank you again!! I am on mend because of y’all!!

I want to thank everyone for the kindness and care that I received at this hospital I highly recommend this staff and hospital unlike any I have ever been to or in also my nurses Tiffany and Aubrey and Jan and Adriana over room 216 was pure profection Kim and Donna were very kind and helpful also to mention the respitory Jessica Robert a tall dark haired guy and a sweet Hispanic lady and another lady I’ll call ink pen lady gave me her pin I can think of their names but they worked room 216 were so very kind and helpful and there when needed and last but not lest the cafeteria staff ldid a fine job with the food and it was good they were alwAys kind and helpful when I called with questions and the Doctors were awesome kind and help and got me better Thank each one of you mentioned from the bottom of my heart if I ever have to go back to a hospital and If I could choose I would pick this one.Thank you soooo very much Eloise Renee Chartrand
