Piedmont Physicians Obstetrics And Gynecology - Jasper's Online Review Report Card

The front desk ladies, specifically bobby, are always rude and dismissive and VERY condescending especially to new young moms like me. I have called on multiple occasions to ask for a refill on my prescription and there has never been an issue but the last two times I’ve been met with an attitude because apparently they’ve now started automatically refilling prescriptions so you don’t have to call the doctors office anymore. I was not aware of this and instead of kindly saying, “hey hun it looks like you already have a refill ready for you, have a good day.” I get met with, “you need to start calling the pharmacy because there’s already a refill there” in a VERY disrespectful tone. Then when I proceeded to let her know I was sorry and that I was used to having to call in for a refill she came back again with a condescending “nooooo”. I would definitely not recommend this OBGYN to any new patients, especially young first time moms. You are dismissed and treated very poorly every time. What do these ladies even have this job for if they can’t talk to people with any amount of respect or common decency!!!!! I now have a 3 month old baby girl and used this OB for the entirety of my pregnancy and every interaction I’ve had with this woman has been very unprofessional. Clearly she’s like this with all patients, she should have her license revoked. This hospital is a joke.

Most time a review is left is when someone has a bad experience so I wanted to give my experience. After a quick delivery with an unfamiliar labor & delivery team and unfamiliar hospital I am beyond thankful for Dr. Robbs and her team. I'd never met Dr. Robbs but she made me feel safe and her kindness helped me make it through the last stage of labor and delivery. The nurses are phenomenal and Dr. Robbs bedside manner far surpasses what I've ever experienced. Both receptionists were kind and talkative. Everyone has bad experiences somewhere but please give Dr. Keyasha Robbs and her nurses a chance to show how competent and friendly they are.

They stopped answering phone calls and everything after covid-19 started, my fiance decided to switch to a new doctor because she's pregnant and kinda needs an OBGYNThey won't even send the records over, the doctors here are nice but the front desk is just absolutely useless

Great Doctor!

Let me tell you about my day. I went to my new gynecologist and prior to the exam I requested to have a female doctor due to past life experiences, therefore I don’t feel comfortable with a male doing the procedure.So I’m in the exam room, in the gown I’m told to put on, and then a male enters the room. Before he even closed the door I put my hand up and said,“I’m sorry but I asked for a female doctor for extreme personal reasons.”He then closes the door and replies with, “okay well I can go put a wig on if that’s makes you feel better.”I was in shock and just said, “of course that’s not gonna make me feel better please leave so I can get dressed and go.”He then tells me to reschedule and I kept asking him to leave so I can get dressed.He finally left, as did I. When I went to the check out area he was already there talking to the woman behind the counter. No one seemed to care.I am beyond disgusted with this place, think twice before visiting piedmont gynecology in jasper.

Dr. Robbs is fantastic !!

They are so detached it's unreal, I've had TWO miscarriages at this place and they had no sympathy. With the first one the Dr left in the middle of my check up because he had somewhere else to be and with this one I was told over the phone and I can't even talk to the doctors because noones available

We had a fabulous experience with Dr Demetrius and Dr supan. All of the staff was wonderful. We were in good hands and never felt worried even though we are "of advanced maternal age." I still tease my wife about her paperwork calling her elderly.Thank you to all that helped us deliver our baby on 2/7/18.We could not ask for a more caring or professional group.

Terrible experience here. Doctors and nurses were all very condescending when i expressed my concerns (about the ultrasound tech) and told me "I'll quit being a doctor right now if..". Extremely unprofessional and do not care about their patients at all. Multiple bad experiences, called in with a question one day and was told "um, no???" as if I was already supposed to know the answer. When I switched OBGYN's, my new doctor said my paperwork stated I specifically requested my due date be moved back a week when NOTHING of the sort was even mentioned to me, let alone said by me. Would not recommend using them.

If you don't have insurance, piedmont is really NOT the place to go. I found out at the hospital I was 8 weeks pregnant and we are in the middle of moving. When we got to 14 weeks (moving in two weeks) we decided to self pay here to get treatment to make sure our baby was okay. They told me I need a confirmation visit even though I had a piedmont confirmation ultrasound from the hospital, and at this visit apparently all they do is a urine test to confirm pregnancy... for $70?! When I asked why they weren't doing any exam or other tests, KELLY said to me, "do you want that?" Um hello??? Why else would I be here. And I said I wanted a scan she said "there are people with real medical reasons who need the test"... seeing as how I had ZERO prenatal care and was taking NyQuil severe for the first two months when I was unaware I was pregnant, this was concerning her lack of care. When I was asking questions about sciatic pain her answer was, "awh". I had to pretty much force her to do blood work that visit because she wanted me to come back the next day... and pay another visit fee when the initial visit was a urine test?? Their billing is all screwed up, and the poor office staff being force to work in construction zone while their equipment isn't even working properly... piedmont you can do better...the 2 star was because the office staff was friendly. Dr.Kelly was TRASH.
