Still waiting in the office and the lady is very rude and whenever people come in here for their mental health they should not have to deal with someone being rude to them right off the batThe doctor I talked to is very nice

Had an online appointment at 900. Used the URL given to me by my social worker and logged in at 830. Waited an hour until someone logged on to tell me to use a different url. Waited and called SIX times bc no one answered the phone.Then they told me to drive to the building. Had to wait another half hour in the parking lot until they told us to go home and that they would call or text me at 11. I have waited 2 hours and still havent been contacted.They are completely unprofessional. I still have not talked to a therapist and my appointment was supposed to be 4 hours ago.

Went to see about doing intake which is between hours of 830 and 1230. I showed up at 10 and they told me sorry to come back another day earlier. Schools are shut down cause a virus and my refused help.

Everytime i went my dr never understands anything i say. They are always saying they try to call me but never actually do. So stay away from this place

They are ok but they need to really work on their internal coordination and communication amongst themselves and the people they help. Canceled appointments with no notification and if you are out of meds you need whoops sorry gotta wait until your next appointment for a refill
