I am giving them a 5. They all are tired and overworked trying their best to keep up and stay ahead of the pandemic. Plus deal with patients sickness and negative attitudes.Everytime I go in or call they try their best to help me and answer any questions I have. Been using them since they opened.Thank you for doing an amazing job under this pressure. God bless

This urgent care is so unorganized! We been here since 8:40 and the line is ridiculous. People that pulled in after us are going in before us. And when they answered they put me on hold for 2 mins then hung up.

This urgent care does a wonderful job, especially seeing that they have well over 100 patients that come in daily.

Staff incorrectly wrote records to not include the horrible sinus infection which brought me to the Urgent Care. I had to call to ask for them to submit the correct antibiotics because they originally prescribed me the incorrect ones. When I called to see if they would see me again because I had not gotten better, they said they would not see me or assist in any other capacity. This urgent care is unable to treat something as basic as a sinus infection.Overall: staff is unorganized, rude, and a general hot mess. You are much better off at a different location or a minute clinic - it will save you a lot of headaches and wasted time making follow up calls.

No star if possible. Was told to make an appt for urgent care. Did so. 45 minutes in, still waiting. Others with appt before and after has already came and gone.

Worst Place ever! Worst Dr. ever! I have never been treated as bad as I was today by a doctor. I would put zero stars if it would let me! Never ever will I go back there!

On Wednesday 11/17/21, my college-student-athlete daughter and her friend sought care there. Both were very sick. Because the appointment was in my daughter’s friend’s name, they refused to evaluate my daughter. I called to speak with the office manager (Selena?) who was rude, argumentative, and hung up on me. She wouldn’t come to the phone when I called back. Although I was sick at home with flu A, and my son was as well, I had to drive to Jefferson, pick up my daughter, and take her to a non-Piedmont quick-care, who immediately evaluated her. She tested positive for flu A, and because she has asthma, they placed her on steroids and Tamiflu. I would never recommend the Jefferson Piedmont Urgent Care, and that office manager needs a different job that doesn’t deal with the public.

This is not run as an Urgent Care! I brought my daughter there this afternoon who is very sick with non COVID symptoms and I was told that we couldn’t come in and that they only have 11 slots for the entire day. So then I called the Piedmont Urgent care in Bethlehem and they told me that they are a walk in clinic. The lady at the Bethleham front desk told me that I was the second person this afternoon to complain about the Jefferson UC and that they are not supposed to be taking appointments only. Shame on you Jefferson Piedmont Urgent Care!!!
