Dr. Arata is absolutely one of the BEST, MOST INCREDIBLE DOCTORS IN GEORGIA!!! FIVE STAR!!! Dr.Arata has been treating my now teenage daughters and myself for countless years. He is extremely passionate about his line of work and truly cares for his patients no matter the long hours, the amount of patients or this ongoing pandemic we seem to be stuck in. Dr. Arata continues to-date to provide one on one patient care that is remarkable and outstanding. I am so impressed by his demeanor and intuitiveness. He is truly genuine, honest and continues to ensure a trusting relationship with his patients. ~Dr.Arata, “Thank you for being the dedicated, thoughtful, and the compassionate doctor that you are! Dr. Arata is the most professional, outstanding, honest, trusting doctors who provides amazing care to his patients. His level of integrity, how he listens to you, and provides you with the best treatment possible is beyond the vocabulary level! He is a GREAT doctor who for years has provided myself and my family with such great care that surpasses the level of “ good doctor”. His heart is huge and it shows. He is a doctor who truly cares and shows concern for his patients. Always going above and beyond your typical expectations.

Thankyou Dr. Arata for your help today in treating me at the Piedmont Urgent Care in Watkknsville. Your kindness and compassion in treating my illness and understanding of how my previous medical issues has affected me was very much appreciated. Thankyou for being aggressive in the prescribing medication that will treat my UTI effectively. I will continue to use that urgent care as needed, because I was treated with respect and kindesss. I both worked for and received care from Dr. Arata. He is a knowledgeable, down to earth, friendly, genuine doctor and employer. He will go to bat for his patients and go above and beyond to meet their needs.

I presented in the Urgent care with flu like symptoms. Dr Arata talked to me but gave me a very minimal examination and only briefly listed to my lungs. Given a script and dismissed. I had to see my family physician two days later and then diagnosed with pneumonia. Dr Arata has poor social skills in my opinion. He is also not your typical Doctor. He has a very disheveled, poorly outward appearance. And that's being nice. I do not recommend.

I was able to get same day appointment with Dr. Arata. He was very caring and to address my concerns. I was able to make a follow-up appointment a few days later and he again saw me very quickly.
