These reviews have to be fake. The techs are terrible nurses are ok. Terrible therapy department. After 3 days my loved did not have a bath. Just being there a short period of time my loved one was ready for discharge. Not even there a full month. If you care anything about your loved ones do not leave them here. The reviews are very deceitful. The actual facility is not sort of close to these great reviews. If I could leave no starts I would.

Terrible facility staff is overworked 1 CNA to 16 patients at a time. Please do your research into reviews most only have one review for Jessup Health and Rehab because they are fake reviews with strange names. This place has no regard to patient care beware

The nurses and CNAs are all great. I think they need more help but all of mine are good. The food is also really good.

The staff and residents here are friendly and like family. During the pandemic everyone from management and down have been extremely cautious. Ive witnessed other places being lenient and employees without masks but I can honestly say that hasnt happened here. Our residents care is our main focus. Most people associate nursing homes with old people and bad odors but this facility does not fit those labels. We take pride in cleanliness and making sure our residents of all ages are happy and improve to the best of their ability.

My wife come to stay first. Everything has been good. Now I have admitted to the rehab we are both here. Staff had done really good.

My sister is there now. Has been for 112 weeks. She is a very hard case with a multitude of serious problems. This wasnt my choice of Nursing Homes and Rehab because of we dont live in Jesup. God sent her there I have a good past experiences with Nursing homes volunteered in one for years. The nursing staff is wonderful and everyone else is also. They are working so hard for my sister in many ways. I am blown away every day over the communication they have with me. My sister is in Gods hands but so is their staff. Thank you.
