Dr. Corwin's treatment is excellent and professional. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and the alternatives and his exam also was excellent with good follow-on advice. I would recommend him any day. HOWEVER, do not let this office talk you into letting them directly provide you with any sort of orthotic shoe. Get the Rx and go a real specialty shoe provider! His "shoe fitter" is in the office only once a month so I had to make another appointment for a "fitting". The shoes took THREE MONTHS to finally arrive with the excuses being screwed up FAX communications between Village and my endocrinologist and "supply issues". The "fitter" was not there when I finally came to pick up the shoes and after trying them at home for a "break-in" period I found that they did not fit properly. I NOW HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER THREE WEEKS TO SEE THE "FITTER" TO "EXCHANGE" THE SHOES! Village Podiatry orthotic shoe provision process is an unacceptable disaster.

Office & medical staff very nice and respectful. Dr. Corwin showed concern for my problem, examined my foot with great care and explained the reason for the treatment plan he recommended. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Dr. Corwin spent extra time to explain benefit vs. cost for a surgical procedure. He answered the questions in an understandable way so that I could make an informed decision. I appreciate an MD who understands that I am not who takes time to explain how different test results and procedures will effect the outcome of treatments and therapies.

He listens and has answers with solutions. This may sound strange to say this about him, but I've seen about four other podiatrists who didn't offer much help with my issue.

Dr. Cowan was prompt in meeting my appointment time, analyzed my issue quickly, answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and completed the visit in a very efficient manner.

Dr. Corwin is a wonderful doctor. I have referred several of my friends and family members to him. Not only is he very knowledgeable and experienced in his field, he is very easy to talk to and throughly explains procedures and answers questions with an easy, friendly manner. His office staff is also friendly and efficient. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I highly recommend Dr. Corwin and Village Podiatry.
