I’m normally very, very scared of the doctors office. I get anxious and freeze because so many times doctors don’t listen to my concerns or don’t seem to care. But I really loved Dr. Cha!! She was so kind and made me feel very welcome. She’s very attentive, and I felt much more informed and confident after my visit.

I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes for a consultation and filler appointment with Stacy Mole and Dr. Ann Cha. Having a super bad first time experience. Also, they don’t accept AMEX and it wasn’t communicated to me. There’s also no sign about that. Stacy was awesome, though. However, I feel like Dr. Chan and Stacy Mole need to me more conscious of the the way communicate on the types of payment methods they accept and do not accept.

This is my 5th visit to Dr. Chang’s office. The office staff is super helpful and friendly and Dr. Chang puts me at ease right away. She’s very patient and thorough. It’s a pleasant experience.
