My appointment was at 315 pm. It is now 445 pm and I am still waiting to be seen. No one has communicated with me or even let me know why the hold up. This is an absolute lack of respect for a patients’ time . It is important to be respectful of that. I will find another physician. If you cancel in under 24 hours they charge you. Can I get a refund fir them making me wait almost 90 minutes?

For 13 years I have found Dr. Guydon to be very thorough in her dealings with both my allergy issue and my general health. In addition she has a wonderful “chair side” manner in our verbal exchanges that I especially appreciate because she treats me like a person and not an appointment.

Dr.Tanner n the staff at Atlanta Allergy Asthma are awesome patient n answer all your questions without rushing you or getting frustrated. Love Dr. Tanner would recommend him n the practice to all those who want to feel ease n peace in knowing they are in safe hands 🙏

My experience with Dr. Lingenfelter has been great. She is thoughtful and practical in her approach to medical problem solving. She gave me the time and space needed to get my questions answered without judgment or impatience. I highly recommend her

Terrible service. I arrived at 815 for my 830 appt and at 10 am I wasnt even seen. I asked the nurse who said the doc was just very thorough. Doc walked in at 1030 2 hours after spent under 10 minutes with me and had more conversation about stuff not related to allergies. Then the allergy tested began. I requested I be tested for tree nuts amongst other things since my daughter has that allergy. Guess what? 1.5 hours later they told me they didnt test tree nuts. I ended up spending 4 hours there...and kept being told the appointment could last up to 3 hours... its been 4 hours Stop telling me 3 hours when you have surpassed that And it shouldnt take 2 hours to just start an appointment Absolutely not. Save your time
