Angry old man I tried to ask Dr. Jerry Jaun a question about what he was trying to explain.... so I could understand exactly what he was trying to say.He snapped at me and told me to just listen to him. Beyond rude and so unprofessional. Also he wore a dirty wornout mask below his nose and would drop below his mouth. The worst doctor visit of my life. Canceled all future appointments.

Dont see this doctor.After my surgery to get my stone out I have been a left kidney paint for more than 5 years. He is very rude and cant explain anything wrong.

Dr. Juan was a pleasant honest and efficient doctor who treated my husband with respect and dignity. On the other hand we had a horrible experience with the Practice Administrator Susie. When my husband called to ask for his lab work results we were given one lab work value and told she cannot give the remainder of the values because she didnt have to and there were too many. I thought that was the patients right???? She was very rushed and rude on the phone She actually hung up on me which was extremely unprofessional Not sure why a topnotch Urology Practice would have somebody like that as their administrator Very frustrated with the treatment over the phone.

Extremely impressed with his confidence and ability to make me feel taken care off. The entire staff at the Decatur location were excellent as well.

Dr. Yuan has been treating me for kidney stones since April 2018. He is professional knowledgeable and he made me feel confident that he could help me and he has. His office staff is very friendly always getting me in for an appointment quickly. Kidney stones are miserable and as a mama to two small toddlers I dont have time for that nonsense. Dr. Yuan has taken great care of me and hopefully I wont have any more issues but if I do Ive got him on speed dial. Highly recommend.

My experience at Georgia Urology at Johns Creek has always been very positive. The receptionist and medical staff are pleasant and efficient. The waiting room is quiet and comfortable without the constant blaring of cable news channels. Sometimes we need peace and quite before seeing the doctor and filling out required forms. Dr. Yuan is a nononsense type of professional instilling a great deal of confidence in me trusting his judgment and treatment when discussing my medical issues.

Upon arriving for a scheduled office visit 31417 we were advised of a large out of pocket expense. We had not planned for this expense and were not seen by anyone. Although we were not a ‘no show’ for the appointment and never made it past the front lobby they proceeded to charge us $309.00 for an office visit I spoke with Pam in the billing office for clarification and her response was telling me about their payment process She wasn’t interested in a plain common sense conversation or providing a valid explanation. This is ridiculous. Georgia Urology this is unacceptable and I want this matter resolved ASAP

Dr. Mellis and his staff received my urgent request to be seen the same day I called as a new patient. It was an emergency as I suspected possible cancer. Sure enough they got me in right away and fulfilled all of my questions and that was the power of being informed of my current situation. Dr. Mellis sat down personally with me and my wife even after the appt after the appt and an urgent ultrasound He and his staff stayed late just for me. I cant put into words how much this man and his team impacted my life as they accelerated my chances of being cured. I commend GA Urology for making a grown man cry but also had the chance to help a new patient in a big way.

Always a great experience. Dr. Mellis likes to be sure to answer all questions. He is very personable.Dr. Mellis and team have been great every time I have had an appointment. Dr. Mellis recommended surgery options. We discussed all and concluded together the appropriate choice.I highly recommend Dr. Mellis at GA Urology
