Very slow with test results. Waited over a week and still no phone call.

Great doctor! Seriously, if you are looking for a GI doctor who will take time, treat you as more than a number then this is the doctor and practice for you. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy with another GI who after the procedure had his unhelpful assistant deliver the news and failed to return any calls or queries for explanations. I fired that doctor and luckily the first I tried after is Dr. Dong who explained everything to me that the other doctor did not.
