This doctor it THE WORST!!! She will not respond to any messages. SHE IS THE WORST. I had a serious issue with my bloodwork and she did not respond to any of my urgent calls. DO NOT GO TO HER!!

Due to my impatience I almost died! I’ve never been an Advocate Patient but decided to give it a try because my normal doctor didn’t have any appointments. Never again!! This doctor is terrible! The visit was rushed. She doesn’t listen at all! And every response is “go to the ER.” I’ve never taken meds and she prescribed me a medication that I feel would have killed me had I kept taking it! ! I wish I could give her 0 stars!

I cannot believe that my experience with Dr. Hope is almost identical to another reviewer! I've only had this experience once in my life with another doctor. She will not respond to any message sent using the live well app or calls from the Advocate Health Care Department to respond to my refill request or question. I left a message for their Supervising Department (Sylvia English and Yolanda Young). It's extremely frustrating. At this point I just need to find another doctor and facility.

Obviously not the doctor for me. I was running a little late for my appointment today due to being held up by a Metra train. I called the office to relay a message to Dr. Hope; by the time I got to the Dr, which was 10-15 minutes past my appointment, I was informed that she was gone for the day because in the words of the lady at the front desk "she don't play." Ok that's fine, I don't either. Obviously, if you want quality care, Dr. Hope is not the doctor for you.
