Great experience with Dr. Benjamin Quarshie! I needed help with HRT and he is very knowledgeable about this topic which has helped me a lot. You all have a new patient!

First of all, during the year I have been using this practice, I have called about 15 times, and no one ever answered the phone. I had to leave messages, and eventually someone returned my call, but it is extremely frustrating to try to communicate and never get a timely response.The administration and organization seem very poor. I have received multiple calls about the same issue on different days from different people, which I assume is because my previous responses were never recorded. For example, they sent me the same medication twice on different days and with different dosages, for the same procedure. This is highly concerning.Additionally, I was scheduled for several appointments for a procedure. The second time I went, the nurse told me she had forgotten to review my period records and needed to do it again. I am already going through a lot, and then she said, “Well, you’re here, we can do the procedure.” But no it was not the right time of the month for me to have it. Why should I proceed under those circumstances?On top of that, every procedure comes with an extra cost, and I could not get a refund until they processed the appointment and issued a credit instead. For these reasons, I have decided to look for another practice. I understand they have many patients, but this is not the level of care I am looking for.

Dr. Quarshie is a great listener, very attentive, and thoughtful in his approach to his patient's needs. I am pleased with my care. The nurses and staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I had previously been seen at NAWC, and left for a while. Recently decided to give it another chance, and so glad I did. Met a great Nurse on staff there that took great care of me. Felt so blessed to meet her & speak with her. I will forever recommend Emma really restored my faith in the practice as a whole! Thank you Emma! Please stay kind and compassionate!

Very nice and helpful staff . Dr.Vivek is very knowledgeable and very nice person. She listenes to you with patience and always gives right advice. Hetal is very sweet as well . Overall the whole practice is nice and I highly recommend . I really want to thank them for taking care of me.
