I went for a Covid test as Ain was showing symptoms. Make sure you get there an hour before they open because the line gets long fast! They set up an appointment for 1:10. Unfortunately, they were short staffed and soooo many people wanted tests that I didn’t get seen until about 4. They let me leave and called me when they were ready. While waiting, my 4 month old spiked a fever! The took her temp and saw her as an emergency case. They were so kind and patient. I love that they worked but were also honest about things they would prefer her to see a pediatrician for. Working within your bounds is very important to me! It was determined we both had Covid. They were just very easy to work with!

Agreed to wait 45 minutes for an appt and fill out c the paperwork. Now an additional 25 minutes past the appt time because they are training front desk personnel and taking walk-ins while they figure out how to process my co-pay that they could have taken an hour ago.

Keisha was professional, courteous and kind! They were all very helpful and on time!

Keisha is very pleasant and personable. The doctor was pleasant as well.

The staff was amazing, everyone from the lovely people who checked us in to the fabulous nurse who administered the test. We felt like they valued us and they valued the company they worked for. Such amazing people can’t say enough nice things.

Get there when it opens to get walk in appt. We lined up on 12/26/21 at 7:45 AM with about 35 people in front of us (some people showed up at 6:30 am). At 8 AM, the clinic opens, writes down your name, you get an estimated appt time, you scan a code to enter your personal info. I got to the front of line at 8:30. My time was 1:50 PM; they will call you on phone; you have 5 minutes to show up. I went home, came back at noon to check status; was told to come back at 1:30. At 1:30, I went back and the clinic called me at 2:45 pm. They covid/strep tested me/son (son had sore throat and fever). Got strep test within 10 minutes at clinic. Got covid test results about 30 minutes later at home (they call you with positive/negative results). The front desk and clinic staff were very nice. I'd recommend but you gotta go in morning. People showing up in afternoon for walkins were turned away cuz all time slots were taken.

Except the waiting time which is understandable considering the current situation and number of patients they were getting, my experience was really good. Staff was super friendly and patient. Nurse and Dr were super nice. Best urgent care I visited so far

Went in for a Covid test earlier this week, I was told to put my name on the list and to wait around there. I was told they would call me once I can take a test, or if they ran out of tests. I waited around for 3 hours, I even called them while I was waiting asking if there were any updates, but there never were or they said they weren’t allowed to give me any for some reason. At the 3 hour mark I asked what’s going on, they informed me they just forgot about me and forgot to call. I waited sick in my car in front of urgent for 3 hours just to be forgotten about. After that, they said they would call me once the new shipment of Covid tests came in that day and I would receive one because of their mistake. They took my name and number down, even highlighted in front of me saying “we’re highlighting so we don’t forget”. Well I guess the highlighting didn’t help because I never got a call. So I called them again today asking if those new tests finally got shipped in so I can come in and get tested. Basically they told me I have to wait till the next batch of Covid tests get delivered. I was obviously confused because I was told this last time. So here I am, 4 days after my initial visit, and I still don’t know if I have Covid or not because the people here forget about their patients.

Excellent care and shape sincere concern for the patient. Friendly and professional service from checkin to checkout. You can tell the staff loves what they do. They are a model of what other clinics should be.

Went on Christmas Day for Covid test for travel. Crowd was unbelievably long and many people turned away. Lots of upset people but the staff handled it pleasantly and professionally. Felt so bad for all of them having to work but they were all so nice. Thankful there are people like them willing to sacrifice time with family on a holiday to serve the masses!
