Much better than my previous primary care AND it’s an urgent care with an x-ray machine, so that’s the main reason I’ll be keeping them as my primary care. Cons because I work healthcare & I KNOW: 1) Older male Dr with an accent came in with his gloves already ON. Gloves should be put on in front of the patient, otherwise I have no idea what you’ve touched prior to coming in! This is the basics you’re taught before even learning anything else!! 2) Patients should wear the x-ray vest! ALWAYS! The x-ray tech told me that since they’ve worked there, they’ve never had to. What?!

Probably the best Reagan medical in Ga, wait time is fair and they usually will get you out quick depending on what you’re in there for. Even if the drive is far, it’s worth it bc you’re out quick.

Reagan Medical Center sent the wrong billing code to Quest and my insurance. I keep getting a bill when I am not supposed to pay for my annual physical exam. They refuse to fix my problem after 11 months. I contacted quest, and they said to call Reagan medical to re-submit the billing with the correct code, but reagan medical refuse to fix this issue for me.
