Office staff is terrible So unhelpful Tried for 9 weeks to get some help they told my 87 year old mother with a bad hip that maybe she should just drive around and get a hard copy of the clearance papers that 3 other doctors had sent TWICE to their office. One of the doctors were in the same building one floor below their office. Couldn’t offer to help her in any way It’s a big red flag for how things could go after surgery when the office staff cares so little about helping their clients

I had a total knee replacement in July. Dr. Hall and his staff were amazing. They provided step by step information and details that made the procedure less intimidating. I have recommended him to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Always smiles and happy.. until you need him... after surgery. Then hes off with his next pay check...I had problems starting right after surgery...he said he does the same to all patients..no changes even if they are having problems after. I called he did nothing. I called again then I was punished. I am worse off and he is busy with his next pay check no time or care to help me....my insurance has already paid. No more money to get so no more smiley face or help for me.I wish I went to someone else. Not happy. Not satisfied. Never again.

OMG I am so thrilled with my experience with Dr. Hall and his staffDr Hall performed bilateral total knee replacements one in June of 2019 and the other December 2019 I have had no complications and am looking forward to visiting them for my 2 year followup exam with good report His bedside manor is superb and his expertise is bar none I love my doctor and am so glad my care was entrusted to him Thanks Doc I will be bringing more cookies when I come smile

Dr. Hall did a revision total left knee replacement on me 1117. I had a knee replacement in 2017 with another surgeon. It was loose and found Dr. Hall. He is thorough in examination and takes his time with you during the office visit. He is friendly and compassionate. For only being 5 weeks I am doing well He was an answer to prayer

Dr Hall is the best around. He is caring and responsive to patient needs. The office staff and PA are the same. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Hall is awesome He replaced my left hip a little over a year ago. When I first went to him when I was having issues he advised me I would eventually need a replacement however he did not pressure me to have it done. He stated “you’ll call me when your ready”. He was right. He was very thorough and was very attentive to additional medical challenges I have. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a hip replacement to Dr Hall.

Dr. Hall replaced both of my hips this year 2019. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hall and his staff through this whole experience. They were all very professional and showed a great deal of care as I went through 2 separate major surgeries. I highly recommend Dr. Hall to anyone needing hip or knee replacement
