Only doctor I have had since I have been in Georgia and she is great and personable.

Aweful wait time and experience. I booked an appointment 3 months in advance with dr.chua. my appointment was at 2:00 pm and I waited till 3:20 , doctor didn't show up and I was running late to another appointment. Then I walked in the front desk and informed it's really getting late. The front desk lady was like she is with another patient and I have to wait. I asked how long it will take, she said she don't have an eta which is really terrible answer without even a single apology. Their time management and communication is the worst. If you really have patience to wait 2-3 hours that too with an scheduled appointment, visit this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. S. Chua seems like a caring doctor and is good at what she does, But I do believe she is cureless about her front and back office staff. They are rude and uncaring. I was told that my procedure was coved by insurance so I went ahead and book the surgery. Only to find out after the surgery that I was being billed. When I asked for an explanation, I got the oh well answer from them when I question why did you say to me on more than one occasion I was covered and they had a name of a guy from the insurance company and I had to not worry, if they had a problem they knew who to get back to. and that they made a note on my file. When I told them about the person they claim told them it was covered they said I could call him, and the office staff just left me out in the cold. And the office staff offered no help to resolved the issue but to let me know it was my problem and question how was I gonna pay. This was not right !!!

Suburban Women's Specialists SHAME on you! IGNORANT, GREEDY & SLACKERS are exact words to describe how it is. In 2019, I went there once and obviously made a life-learning mistake. While scheduling, the office committed they would get my mammogram imaging before my appointment, however on the day of visit, Dr.Chua was unable to diagnose since they forgot to get the imaging and she let me go in 5 min. saying that the front office would call me again to reschedule once they got the imaging. Nothing happened until almost 2 years later in later 2020, I got sent a bill of $200ish for the 5 min. visit in 2019. I was out of blue and explained it supposed to be rescheduled and the doctor should perform some service in order to bill me. They said they would call me back and no call or update in between of course until another 2 months later, they sold it to collection agent against my credit while I was still waiting for update as committed! NO advocate to illegitimate outrageous charge!

Dr. Chua is an amazing doctor, and she always takes time to talk to me in depth about any health updates and new discoveries in the medical world. She is very knowledgeable in her field and throughout the 21 plus years since I was first acquainted with her, I have found her to be extremely competent, yet also personable and genuine.

I have been seeing Dr. Chua for over 10 years and she is the sweetest person. Every visit, she make sure I’m comfortable and answer any questions I may have. I would highly recommend her. Her staff is just as friendly.

Dr.Chua is always very attentive and explains result and future testing in detail..one of the Best physicians I know Thanks for being one of the Best!

Dr. Chua is an amazing doctor, she is very knowledgeable and she takes great care of her patients. She reviewed my previous records very carefully, and arranged appropriate tests based on my numbers. Her staff are also great, they take good time to explain my results.
