List of Wellstreet's Reviews
Excellent attention and service, from the reception, nurse and Doctor Sonia Garson. Very professional and empathetic, delicate and interested in solving my condition. I recommend them 100%. Grateful for the attention received.
I had a virtual visit 2 days ago and was told by the M.D. that she would send the required referral to my chosen Neurologist within 10 minutes. I have called PUC now two times to explain that the referral was not sent. The Alpharetta office was contacted again today and the staff is trying to determine how to reach the physician that assured me the that the referral would be sent. The same M.D. did order the medication as promised.
While we have had good experiences at Piedmont Urgent care, this was not one of them. We made an appointment online for 630. We got there at 615 (there were many available appointments online so we assumed it was not busy). When we got there the receptionist said they were "a little behind" We did not get called back to the back until 735 and didn't see the doctor until after 8PM. We then heard there was a procedure that put them behind. That's totally understandable but why would you still take appointments? My son had a 103 temp and we would have gone somewhere else if we had known they didn't have appointments available. Not the doctors fault but whoever is managing their appointments is not doing a good job.
The staff was friendly and professional. I arrived at the time I signed up for online. I was told that it was more of a place in line than an appt. & that I would have to wait. I waited an hour & a half. I understood that there was only one physician in the office, so I didn't mind waiting. I accomplished tasks on my phone while waiting.
The wait was over 2 hours but the front desk, nurses and PA were awesome.
Timely Service, Easy Access!!!
This place is nice and clean. Open on Sunday is a big plus. Pre-register appointment on the web site but still need to wait about an hour to see the PA. Registration process was pretty straight forward. Staffs is friendly. PA is professional. I hightly recommend this place
The PA that I saw, Brittney Jeffrie, was AWESOME! Super friendly and very knowledgeable...
Yesterday I was at the clinic. Once again I was seen promptly. The care providers were terrific. A special shoutout to PA Brittany Jeffries -- amazing personality and ability. I was promptly seen by an MD. The Piedmont Urgent Care at the Johns Creek Alpharetta location is my preferred urgent care facility.
I recently injured my eye while working at a customers home nearby and came here as it was the closest urgent care facility. I’m so glad I did. There were quite a few people ahead of me but the wait was only maybe 45 minutes at most. I expected to be waiting a couple hours. The PA that saw me was so kind, empathetic, helpful and thorough. The experience here was really the complete opposite of what I’m used to typically experiencing. Especially when compared to the urgent care facility out near where I live that I hate going to. I would absolutely recommend this place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
