Absolutely love this office, from the front to the back. Came back today for a checkup/blood work etc.! Although Dr. Hardin wasn’t there, the NP Ms. Rebecca was extremely pleasant and gentle. I truly enjoyed Felicia’s energy and she was able to easily get a vein in my arm when most have to use the top of my hand! Awesome team and excellent Covid protocol still in place
Dr Reddy is good specialists doctor for me
I was pleased for the greater part with the service that I received from Dr. Mary Hardin @ Spivey Station. Things did seem to decline as the pandemic progressed but i think that's understandable. I would recommend her because she listened, referred me to some very good specialists and truly tried to help me get better in my health.
The doctor itself wasn’t the problem, the problem was the difficulty I had trying to get my prescription squared away. There was too much back and forth between me the doctors office and the pharmacy and insurance company. They had the wrong fax number on their card which I gave to the pharmacy. They kept telling me I didn’t not need prior authorization when I did. I finally had it, cancelled my next appointment and will not be returning. It was a complete waste of money and time.
Please be watchful of Dr. Millhouse Jones she is like a snake in sheep clothing, she will flip and turn on you without notice. Think twice before getting her as your doctor. I rated a 1 star . But she definitely should not get any stars., She dropped me and left my life in danger. I guess I had to many medical conditions. That's why you go to the doctor right. I guess it's only a pay check for her now. I had several doctor's under this group. When she drop me. I lost all my doctor's plus it's around the holidays. I'm in a lots of pain and no medicine. I would be a first time patient so the dates are far out with finding another primary doctor and other doctors that, I had under the group. My daughter had FMLA to help me get to the doctors without losing her job. That expired doing the time she drop me. I have underline health conditions, in the most of a pandemic she did not care, she has sneaky evils ways. Watch her....better yet get find another doctor.
Wonderful once you get in BUT you can NEVER get through on their phone line. Sad thing is they know it but over past couple years we have been going to them they never do anything about it. To get an appointment you will hold at least 20 30 minutes on phone.
Dr.Reddy was very thorough and explained about diabetes with my husband. Thank you so much Dr.Reddy
I love my endo, Dr. Reddy but I hate who she works for now. EXAMINE YOUR BILL Thoroughly! On my last visit I had an educator visit, Dr. Visit and labs. I paid two copays, one for the doctor visit and one for the educator visit. They took the copay I made for the educator and applied it to yet another copay (that I didn't even know about) for the blood work. They do the blood work in house so why are they charging me another copay? Lisa (Billing Office Supervisor) in the billing office does not like to return phone calls so I will be running this one up the ladder. I feel cheated out of my money, and not only that, but to take a payment for one thing and secretly apply it to an imaginary copay that you just made up......well thats pretty shady and crooked. Sorry Dr. Reddy but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
If you chose to see Kate Wheeler as an endocrinologist please note that her "bedside manner" may appear good at first but if you are like myself and having multiple, unexplainable and symptoms that are hard to differentiate whether they are a real concern or if you just feel like it's a normal symptom. For example I was misdiagnosed with anxiety and depression for a large part of my life. Turns out my new endocrinologist told me that these were directly related to my autonomic dysfunction. Kate Wheeler did not even think to test me for more autoimmune diseases. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis by her and that is it, this disease caused me to have a complete thyroidectomy (which was going to be unavoidable anyway). Kate is simply too "new school"No compassion and this surprised me, her being a woman as well. I had my thyroid removal in 2013, found out about my non cancerous nodules in 2007, and since my 2013 surgery I've been diagnosed with 11 more autoimmune disorders/diseases. Please get a 2nd opinion if any of the endocrinologist here or at any other endocrinologist if they recommend a thyroidectomy! My life has not and will never be the same! Ignorance in the medical profession IS NEVER ACCEPTABLE!
Dr. MillhouseJones was my provider she seemed like a nice Dr if you didnt have alot of medical issues. I was overlooked with my medical care one I made a complaint the office dismissed from the practice because I was being concerned about my health What a joke the Med. Assts are the WORSE I was bruised every time I needed to have my blood drawn. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone looking for a black provider. The office is located in a nice areabuilding. Keep searching Good luck

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
