Hello everyoneBefore visiting my loved one I spoke to a few of the staff members via phone. Some are pleasant some are not.The lobby area is outdated.When your loved one is placed here you can only visit at the window. Meaning you will be outside looking in and talking through the window of the room where your loved one is. This is for the first 14 days due to COVID19.The windows need cleaning.After the quarantine period is up your loved one will be escorted outside by a caregiver in a designated area to sit with you. You are not allowed to give them a hug. There is a plastic see through screen between you. You sit on one side they sit on the other.If you bring them any snacks you must give them to the caregiver to take to the room.You are given one hour to be with them.Visit and call often. I am not pleased with one of the caregivers I met . I will be addressing my issues to the charge nurse director.🙏🏿💕🙏🏿11012021Thank you for responding.Our family members were there this weekend. Our loved one had on a dirty sweater. We send clean clothes and expect them to be maintained as promised. Please help love ones to keep there cell phones charged because sometimes they forget. When I addressed this issue with a nurse. She stated that is part of the disease?Unprofessional uncaring answer.Thank you to the employees that truly care.🙏🏿💕🙏🏿💐😷💐

This is the worst place to have your loved ones. They continually take the phone off the hook. Very unprofessional.They neglected the residents there bed sores and then gave wrong information. So much to write about have a complaint with the State.

I would give this facility zero stars if I could. Please dont take your loved ones here. I visited the nursing home after my father passed away. The conditions are deplorable. The facility smells like cat urine and there are cats loose in the facility. The nursing home staff billed my fathers account months after his death and also falsely stated they reported his death to Social Security when they clearly did not. I called Social Security myself to confirm this. When I spoke with the nursing home business manager and questioned the fraudulent charges she hung up on me. I called back and she refused to answer my questions regarding the suspicious transactions and my fathers stolen belongings laptop watch cane shoes etc.. I asked for the telephone number for corporate and she refused to provide it. Steer clear of this place.

Great Teamwork at facility

The Arrowhead team is absolutely amazing

My mom was placed here for rehab after knee replacement. She came in on Wednesday and I wasnt able to talk with her due to no access to a phone. On Friday afternoon the nice nurse let mom use her phone to talk with me. A few days later on July 5th at 4 am my phone rang it was my mom saying they are killing me here. Her knee was inflamed. It had burst open and was draining everywhere. She had asked for a doctor antibiotics and even to go to the hospital. She was told she would have to wait til Monday because of the holiday. This did not sit well so I called and spoke with nurse and threatened to call the police if my mom was not sent out and I want all her stuff sent with her because she would not be coming back. I spoke with the administrator on Monday and was told the nurse had called the doctor but the doctor didnt respond. As a nurse working in a nursing and rehad myself you keep calling someone to get issues addressed or if needed send the patient to the ER.

I had to place my Aunt during this pandemic without a tour of the facility. The Admissions Coordinator was very helpful in working a Miracle for this placement. The staff at Arrowhead have been very nice and pleasant to me and my family. Without the Admission Coordinate assistant we would have never been able to place my Aunt so quickly. The. compassion that was shown during this difficult time was superb. Now I know I can’t speak for the inside of the facility but the staff gets 5 star.

During this pandemic the administration have been very helpful. I can mention that Ms Julia works miracles getting new families inside the building to be loved on by their staff. Keep up the good work
