The service has been terrible. There have been multiple missed home visits. They have had doctors orders in for a week to get a blood panel and still haven't been able to get anyone to come out. Also we have had social services claiming they would be out and still hasn't been here.

There is no number to rate this group of nurses. We had a number of nurses working to help my wife. Each nurse was incredible. They in a short time were like family. My wife loved them all. We hesitated going to hospice care, because we didn't want to lose them. They helped us in so many ways that I can't tell you how great they were. If you need Home Health Care, use this company and you'll thank me later for the referral.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but my experience here has been absolutely wonderful…My nurses, both Med-Surg and BH, always go the extra mile and make me feel like they really care, and their knowledge of the nursing profession is off the charts. My BH nurse moved away, but she played a big part in helping me through a very difficult time in my life and helped me realize my self worth…My med surg nurse has to be one of the most compassionate and caring nurses I have ever known…My occupational therapist was just as wonderful…She made certain that I knew how to obtain the equipment I needed in order to function better in my home…She taught me the exercises I needed to gain strength…My health has declined, and I am uncertain how long I will be able to be with this company, but I am forever grateful for each and every one of my caregivers!

There is a reason that across the board Guardian Home Health has review averages between 1.6 and 3.0 depending on the location. God help you if your loved one was referred to Guardian Home Health. While some of the care givers in the field are nice and competent the office staff seems unable to manage serious items such as infections. They consistently fail to send important labs to their patients Doctors. They fail to notify the doctors or family when test results indicate problems and in a time of COVID their recommendation for elderly patients is to take them to the ER rather than let you talk with the nurse. Our doctors have been completely frustrated by their inability to forward test results so they can care for their patients. I bet I would get better care from a mortician.
