I had a horrible experience here. Please do not go here! The nurse was so disrespectful and unprofessional to me..she told me that I couldn’t be seen there and when I tried to get more info she said someone else would come talk to me because it wasn’t her “pay grade”. That nurse kicked the other nurse that was originally helping me out of the room so she could give me attitude and be rude to me in private. I ended up leaving because she was so rude to me. I didn’t even get to see the doc, which I’ve seen before. I won’t ever go back to this doctor again. That’s not how you should treat your patients.
After having idiopathic hives for 5 years, I was pleased to have Sandy listen and give me the time to express my concerns. I feel she was concerned to will try to help me. I look forward to my next visit.
Muchas gracias al buen servicio de las enfermeras y el doctor Carlos siempre es un gusto saludarlos recomiendo 100% este lugar a mi hija y a mi sobrina nos han atendido con mucho empeño
The best!
Awesome experience. Lots of knowledge and really listened to my concerns.
Took my husband (Jim) there on 3/30/23. Got an appointment the day after calling. Very impressed Everyone welcomed us to the Practice. Waiting time was only minimal. Would recommend this office to all friends
Good day I just wanted to express how disappointed I was with the young lady that checked my family in at the Kennesaw office. Completely rude for no reason at all I was asked to send in my driver's license & Insurance cards for my children. I commented to Ms. Ajuarez perhaps in the future this process could be streamlined due to the fact that I received multiple emails prior to my visit it would have been nice to be notified that these items were needed verse me scrambling to take down her email gather the cards wait for her to receive them be placed back in que I was quite frustrated but not at her, as the conversation continued she became rather snippy and short and it put me on defense which set the whole tone for my next two interactions with the nurse and then the physician I'm not sure if further training is needed for her or if she was having a rough start but the unprofessionalism was unwarranted.
Very knowledgeable! He listens to every detail before formulating a plan. He ensures that all of your concerns have been addressed.
I had by far the worst experience I have ever had at any medical office here. I keep thinking about it because I feel it has severely set me back in being able to receive allergy treatment. I had my first allergy shot at this location, and almost immediately started experiencing a severe reaction. I told them about my symptoms I was having, and one of the black women huffed at me and shouted that I had just told her my throat was closing up, which I didn't say (the reaction was severe itching and dizziness). They gave me an antihistamine, then told me to go home before the 30 minutes was even up that you are supposed to stay even if you don't have a reaction. I feel that to not do anything to help me when I was still experiencing an allergic reaction, and to just send me home before the required observation time was even over was very very unsafe for them to do. It seemed it was done out of rudeness, unprofessionalism and a desire to clock out and go home rather than help me, as it was close to closing time. Most of the women that work at this practice are very rude and unprofessional, this wasn't my first time dealing with their antics but it was by far the worst. I do not feel safe to continue treatment here, as when I had a severe allergic reaction, they just got angry with me and refused to help me other than giving me an antihistamine that didn't work. All of the people on staff that day should be fired. Terrible experience.
Knowledgeable and personable. Good overall experience with practice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
