List of Pediatric Orthopaedic Associates's Reviews
Very nice and friendly but it takes FOREVER in the rooms waiting. Better set aside some time for your visit.
The doctor saw my son for 5 minutes and was charged $950 for fracture care. When it was time to remove the cast, I was ask to pay the balance or reschedule the appointment to remove the cast. They would not remove the cast until the balance was $0.00. Don’t go to Pediatric Orthopedic Associates. They are very demanding, too much paperwork for first time appointments, the doctor was in & out, and the nurse was cold with a business like behavior. I did not feel welcomed. The billing department treated me like a collections call, telling me the appointment needed to be rescheduled until payment was made. If the call was handled in a different manner explaining the outstanding balance was not covered unless the deductible was met instead of demanding payment and not allowing appointment to be kept, I would have never argued, yelled, or hung up. But since the billing department handed first time calls saying my son would not be seen unless I paid, made me feel threatened. Pediatric Orthopedic Association should feel ashamed for not seeing a 9 yr old boy to remove the cast for billing issues! But according to the billing department, they don’t since this office procedure. The money is not an issue since I have it in my checking account. It was how I was treated on the first call.
The staff was incredibly friendly and very honest with us. It helped to have a better idea of what to expect with our son's future procedure. The building was really clean and it was very quiet inside!
They listened and took my concerns seriously.
Nurses and staff was helpful. Dr. was very informative and answered all questions. I definitely recommend this location for all your pediatric orthopedic needs.
Amazing doctors and great staff my son basically live there and they treat him amazing .. Thank you everyone 😇🙏🏾
Great experience! Staff and doctor professional and quick. We were in and out and casted for fractured fingers in less than 2 hours.Highly recommend.GPS did steer us the wrong way and cost us about 20 minutes, so double check directions.
Absolutely the worst we have ever been treated not only do they make you wait over 2 hours they don’t apologize, the doctor will only see you for 5 minutes and then they’ll charge you exuberant prices! $900 for the doctor to just say yes urgent care was right it’s broken she can wear the boot I already had for her. That was it 5 minutes cost $900 at this place!
I have had a great experience with Pediatric Orthopaedic Associates. We came in because our son fractured his ankle during a football game. They were able to fit us in the same day we called. We saw Dr. Kovacic. They took care of us in a timely manner and explained everything we should expect very well. All the people we interacted with were very friendly and informative. Even the nurse who wrapped my son's leg for a cast was great. She had him laughing the whole time. You don't always get that type of experience. We go back soon to get the cast off, and, no offense to the office, but I hope it's the last time. If not, we will definitely come back to this office for any needs.
Quick appointment ,not any wauting time outside or in the room, every single member of the staff really nice....Dr knowledgeable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
