So happy with everyone at piedmont mountainside

She is very understandable and very helpful with understanding my process....she listened to everything that were going on with me and I became very comfortable by connecting my situations with her. And she knew exactly what I needed....and I felt very great after she explained to me what's going on with me. I left the office feeling much better...and the staff and the security guard were amazing....very respectful they all are amazing people..

I was referred to Dr.Vinjamuri by my pcp for my abnormal lab work. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She took the time to explain what was possibly going on with me. I saw Dr. Wang at a follow-up appointment and was treated with the utmost respect. He had a very professional and caring demeanor. I would wholeheartedly recommend Piedmont Oncology to family, friends and neighbors.

I love Dr. Mridula Vinjamuri. She answers all my questions fully. I have a hard time understanding sometimes and she explains it to me in ways until I understand. She has a wonderful bedside manner she’s dedicated, caring & loving. I sure appreciate this, finding this in doctors these days is hard. She is a phenomenal doctor and has absolutely the greatest staff EVER.

Dr. Vinjamuri is wonderful. She has such a pleasant, professional demeanor and explains things so thet I can understand. Breast Cancer can be very scary and she puts me at ease.

Doctor Vinjamuri has been great with my mom's care so far although initially we had a rough start. Her staff manager Barbra on the other hand is a danger to both patients and the staff. She is inconsiderate, rude and condescending which is why I would not recommend this oncology office to anyone unless you want to be berated for asking basic information or concerns. Absolutely unacceptable! First day or Barbra working at this facility she interacted with us but by the second visit we had argued over the phone because of switching my mom's medication and prescription without our knowledge and when we couldn't get the medication from the pharmacy, I called the office several times trying to figure out what was going on...needless to say, this woman got on the phone and started lecturing me as if I was a child and would not listen to a word I was saying! I still have a video of the next visit of her trying to explain herself. There are better doctors and staff else where that should make you feel cared for !! I don't understand anyone would work in healthcare without CARING. I pray everyday my mom gets better and we never have to come back here again.

Dr. Vinjamuri explains each step of the process thoroughly, ensuring I understand the "why" behind everything we discuss. This level of articulation not only eases my anxiety but also empowers me to be an active participant in my own care. Dr. Vinjamuri is genuinely caring and comforting. She has a way of making even the most complicated medical information accessible and understandable. Her compassionate approach truly sets her apart. Additionally, her staff is nothing short of amazing. They are incredibly attentive and supportive, creating a welcoming environment that enhances the overall experience. I am extremely grateful to have Dr. Mridula Vinjamuri as part of my care team. Knowing that she is looking after my health gives me peace of mind, and I will certainly sleep better tonight because of it. Highly recommend!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I will NEVER recommend this facility or this oncologist to anyone. She is careless and does not follow up with her patients, or at least she didn’t with my dad and now he’s gone. He should still be here.
