Tapestry is family owned and they are a big family. They love their patients like their own and treat them with dignity and respect!! I have used them for my family and will again if ever needed.

They are a terrible organization. The on-call nurses are not responsive. They do not follow up. The administration treats the employees poorly. I would look elsewhere

There service was amazing, they have great bedside manners, kindness, and love for the patient as well as the family. Cindy was the most amazing RN I have ever seen in my life . She went above and beyond , it was not just another job or patient to her. The case manager , chaplain , weekend nurses, and CNA were all great. They all communicated very well and they had your attention every time they arrived . The CNA Serene she was amazing. She took such great care and time on the patient and enjoyed it . I wouldn’t let any else help my loved one , but Tapestry . If faced again with this decision, I would choose them again in a heart beat . They made it easy and pain free for the patient which is what really matters in the end . Thank you for all your help , your a great team and company. God Bless

Although services were short due to the passing of my mother, they were wonderful for that short time. They made sure she had everything she needed and were so very nice. Our nurse's name was Ashley and she was amazing!

If you are ever put in a position where you or a loved one requires hospice care, Tapestry would be my first recommendation! My mother was under their care for 2 months before she left this world and there is not enough good things I can say about this company and their nurses. Ashley & Kayla were the main ones who took care of her and she loved them just as much as I do. She never went without anything and they made sure she was comfortable 24/7. I received so much support from them as well they became a part of our family too. I could never thank them or Tapestry enough, I would give anything to have my mother back but to know she was cared for so well in her last days is a peace of mind I could not have without Tapestry.

Tapestry Hospice took great care of my dad. He had a wonder caring nurse Becky that would put up with all my dads teasing. He had a loving caring aide that came weekly to bath him. The on call nurse Rusty was always helpful in the midnight hours. Oh and dont forget about the chaplain who would come and sing with us. I believe in Hospice. It is because of Tapestry that I am a Hospice nurse today. Thank you Tapestry for doing such a fine job with my dad.
