The staff is courteous and understanding. They are also very efficient so they don’t keep you there longer than you have to be. I have always felt judged at other doctors offices but never once have I felt judged at Wellstar. I’ve only had great experiences here and would highly recommend them.

I get to see Dr Hoff more than my primary it seems! He is always kind, efficient and makes me laugh over my semi annual sinusitis visits.Have always been treated kindly by everyone on the staff ..over the last 15 years

nothing like waiting 3+ hours just to get a text saying your bed is ready and they can see you but when you walk in they actually aren't ready for you and you must wait ANOTHER 30 minutes!

Have been here multiple times over the years. Love the doctors here and staff is always nice. We’ve moved further away from this site but still make the drive to go here because I know they truly care and have always been excellent.

Absolutely awful experience. Not only was the cost of my "visit" $130 for 5 minutes of the doctor's time, I was misdiagnosed as having COVID even though the rapid test came back negative AND I am vaccinated. The PCR test also came back negative the next day. As I broke out from the back of my legs all the way up to my back, I called back and talked to a nurse for another 5 minutes who thought it was an allergic reaction to the antibiotics that I was given. At least that was better advice than the doctor that I saw.Instead, I had hand foot and mouth, something that should have been investigated while there considering the current Georgia outbreak of HFM is nearly as bad as COVID at the moment. I would NOT recommend ever going here if you actually want your health checked out. This urgent care was awful, and it is spitting in my face to charge me as much money as they did for my "visit".

I would give negative stars if I could. After waiting 3 hours to be seen when my daughter already had an appt, she was taken back to a room. She said from the moment she made the appt that she was there to get a negative covid test so she could return to work safely. They never told her they didn't do that. She stated again why she was there. They took her temp and said they didn't administer covid tests after the illness to give an all-clear. She left, and they charged her $137. This place is a fraud. I would never recommend to anyone that they should use this service.

My son and wife were seen at this location about two months apart. At first I was a little aggravated about the wait time but I had to admit they were extremely busy. As soon as we were brought back the staff and doctor could not have been better.This will be the only urgent care we ever visit again. I would give it more stars if I could!

This location has exceeded my expectation all four times that I’ve been. The check in staff are always kind, the nurse and doctor took their time and were kind even though I was the last patient of the day. I had to bring my young daughter with me since I’m a single mom and the nurse even offered her a sticker afterwards (which is like gold to a three year old). They always go above and beyond.

Going by a past experience when I did not get a good experience at this place, I debated for a while before choosing to come here again. This time however, everything was different. Staff are different up to the doctor, they’re very friendly and my experience with the doctor in the examination room was the best. Wellstar has turned this place inside out into being one of the best urgent care centers that I have ever visited. Deserves 5 full stars.

This urgent care was incredible! Super fast , responsive and efficient! The doctor was clearly over worked but he handled it like a champ! Very Impressed !
