After doing a Google search for free clinics near me I called McKinney Medical Center and was told several times quite curtly we are not free while trying to ask for help in understanding the sliding scale. Rude and apparently exhausted staff answering their phones. Thats my review.

Y’all need to get the Front Desk staff retrained to pay attention to customer service and teach them how NOT to leave people on hold for up to 8 minutes without reaffirming the call. I want Miriam back She and Marilyn are the only two I can trust to get things done😡

Are there psychiatrists that use the sliding scale at the Mckinney clinic? We have a doctor there already. Ive been calling and havent recieved a call back. Now the voicemail is full. I need to make an appointment ASAP Help please

I have been going to Dr. Martin for about 4 years and the Friendliest Staff They are very Professional and Polite Dr. Martin is One of the Best Doctors In Camden County~😎✌️

They are constantly messing up my appointments and I have had issues with confusion about my blood work results not being shared with me when I had an issue.

Ive only seen Lauren Cleveland as a provider since being a patient. Shes amazing Very sweet awesome bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable. The young lady the front desk could definitely benefit from further training on Customer Service.

I switched to this office after having a bad experience with another doctor. This office is amazing in every way you’d hope it to be. The patients are priority and you don’t feel like you are getting minimal care. My kids were both seen here and issues that should have been addressed at other offices were found instantly and addressed at the first appointment. I had issues with my new insurance and this place was able to find a way to help me without declining my kids care and without having me pay cash up front. The toys in the room could use a bit of an upgrade but that is hardly a deal breaker. Every single person on staff has been amazing not just to me but to my kids as well. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs a good office and might need to get seen right away. My son had an ear infection and they had me in there on the same day for treatment. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
