Dr. Zhu was very personable and knowledgeable. He knew I was in a lot of pain when I went into his office after a fall. He explained what procedure we would have to use and how the surgery would go. Frankly, I don't remember too much after that except that I was in good hands. The weeks following were easy to handle. My grandkids called my hand a claw until I got the hard cast put on. Just a few weeks after, the cast was cut off and I went to PT. I sailed through that, too. I am grateful that I had Dr. Zhu (who's name I STILL can't pronounce or spell!!!) I wish we had more doctors like him.

Dr. Zhu was outstanding. He was able to fit me in his schedule, last minute, and work his magic to book a surgery less than a week out. Very friendly, very professional, and very patient. A+++!

Went in for consultation for ganglion cyst on the bottom of my wrist. Dr. Zhu was very forthcoming and specific in giving me information to make an informed decision on whether or not to have surgery at this point. It will require surgery but not for awhile - hope I can leave a 5 star review then too! Office has way too many forms to fill out though.

Every doctor I see at Pinnacle are awesome!!!! They take the time to actually listen to their patients without rushing them off. I’ll definitely recommend them to family and friends!
