Charles Roberson's Online Review Report Card

I was quite satisfied with my appointment with Dr. Roberson. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained my physiological issues to me in layman’s terms. I would not hesitate to return to see Dr. Roberson.

Very vague and non commital with regaurds to diagnosis, options and aftercare.

he was a very rude doctor and had no regards to my injury. i was sent to him for my ankle fracture to get a surgery done because my original doctor would be getting surgery herself. first off, i had an appointment at 3:30pm and wasn't seen until almost 4:15pm. then he proceeded to tell me i didn't need surgery and put a cast on my ankle. he was very argumentative with me when i was asking "well why shouldn't i get the surgery?". also knowing i'm not the best with the crutches yet. he left me in the hall on my crutches while he went to chat with the other doctors. plus the medicine he prescribed me for the pain doesn't work at all. if i could rate him any lower i would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

He was the rudest doctor I have ever been to. He could care less about your symptoms, he is too busy talking down to his patients. He caused as much pain as he possibly could during my visit. I would never go back to him.

This doctor doesn't even look a person in the eye, doesn't even turn towards a person when speaking. Is belligerent, argumentative, will conflict with anything said and on top off it all, tries to scare patients yelling at them how they SHOULD BE AFRAID OF SURGERY. A surgeon who is scared of surgery is in the wrong profession.

To be in the medical field Dr Roberson definitely lacks compassion and attentiveness towards his patients..i had the unfortunate pleasure of having him exam me in his laurel MD office..not only did the visit seem rushed but Dr Roberson came off as if he could careless...worst experience I've ever had with a Dr of any kind..definetly will not return to precision orthopedics in laurel md

Broke my wrist, went to Grays Harbor ER and they referred me to Dr. Roberson. I as scheduled out for over a week out from the ER visit. When I asked if his was based on his review of the case I was told it was "standard" and was asked if I would prefer is he looked over the films from the ER. This actually went worse from here and I ended up going somewhere else and am happy I did.

Waited well over an hour.. Very slow office.

This doctor does't even look people in the eye, doesn't even turn towards them when speaking. He's belligerent and YELLS at patients sent in for surgery how they should be afraid of surgery. His knowledge base is limited. He gives no recommendations or guidance and is the most disrespectful doctor I have ever seen.

Appt was for 11:15, was taken to exam room at noon, Dr Roberson walked in at 1:05pm. Did not offer apology, did not examine my 88yo father's knee (3rd apt), only checked his notes and wrote an Rx. Never faced my father even when my father told him he couldn't hear him well. I asked Dr to send Rx to pharmacy electronically. He made an excuse that the software was new and not working properly. So, I asked him to call it in. He refused and told us to take the hardcopy to the pharmacy ourselves.
