The visit was not professional at all. I had to wait in the line for at a one hour The representative said someone will send me a link to my phone to register in well it did not happen. So can back on time asking about where is the link to register. The other rep says d I have to register in before anyone can see me and I went back to the car and try to do it again. Well I had no luck at all because vI needed a code to get into the system on the website. So I were back in and asked anther rep can I feel out some paperwork and she said yes and sit over there and do so. Really! Okay I done that and waited another 30! minutes. They called me at 11:00 am and she tested me in 5 minutes and say d to go back and sit in my car and someone will call me. Well I went back and I waited one hour in my car for someone to call my phone so I went back in and ask about is my test ready she asked me my name and I gave it to her. She finally hand my paperwork to me while it was sitting on the desk. This was not a good visit at all to me but a easy way how to do these tests need to change very soon because you all are gonna cause people waiting bin the line to catch the virus if they don't have it. Hardly no one had on masks. Really and we coming in to get checked for the Corvid-19. We got to do care givers.

Turned me away because I didn't have insurance or enough cash to be seen. Told me to try another Urgent care down the street. Profits over people as usual

As always— I was very pleased with the care received from Dr. Williams and her staff! I don’t know of any place that runs a healthcare business more efficient. They even fill your meds while your there so there is not any unnecessary driving. I trust this place with my entire family—
