People wants to be rude and want to throw people out find a better hospital

This is the 3d time I have been here with my father in the last 2 or so months. The ER staff is great!! Hence the 2 stars for them. The staff in the ICU is below average at best. Staff is very rude to family members and slow to see about patient needs. I would say if you have the option go some place else.I know people don’t have that option and It’s sad this is the hat they have. Last time I was here I ask for hospital director for the ICU nurse and 5 weeks later still nothing. So the issue starts at the top and goes down hill. But hats off to the ER staff. This place needs new Managment.

Thank you so much for the wonderful care that you all gave my brother. Last week the 5th floor, this week the 4th floor. Some of the names of the hero’s on the 4th floor, but not all: Tasha, Courtney, Trista, Allison, Dr. Knight, Dr. Kinuthia, Kathryn, Kayla, Jacob plus many more. Please forgive me for not having more names. The compassion, care, professionalism and love that you have shown him and our family has been the best. Thank you all. You are our hero’s!!

My husband was dismissed Saturday. They kept his wallet. No one was allowed in and I forgot to get it from him when he was admitted from the ER. They with held his regular medication. Nurses gossiped about other patients on the floor in his room. Nurses also made snide rude remarks when he asked for meds for pain.WATCH YOUR STUFF. They discriminate against patients on pain management, IMO

WELLSTAR AND COMPANY AND THIS VISITOR RESTRICTIONS ARE REDICULOUS. AS A FATHER OF A CHILD INSIDE THE MOTHER SHOULD NOT BE (LEFT SITTING IN A CAR) AS HE IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AND NEEDS TO BE JUST AS INFORMED AS THE MOTHER. THAT BEING SAID THE WORST COMPANY! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY OTHER COMPANY.

Today this hospital...the er doctor the nurses and the administration personal was amazing too me .they put my needs top priority and helped me and made me feel so good as a patient.thank y'all for your help today and y'all's service God bless you all

Was not pleased with the speed of the emergency room should have gone in the ambulance,but didn't need that bill.But the nurses were great done an awesome job doing whatever they do,I've been there many times with my wife to have our five kids but the food has improved greatly
