Told me that he will be using rubber band procedure for my service hemorrhoids but he cut it instead of using rubber bands which kept me bleeding for two weeks with lots if pain. It is unfortunate to see this type of attitude in 21 century.

Dr. ARMSTRONG is attentive and caring. He answers any of your questions and educates you on the process eliminating your fears. Hes a great surgeon and extremely educated in his field. I have 2 successful surgeries by him. His staff are inviting thoughtful and caring. They call you by name from memory by 2nd visit. Cornelia is amazing.

I booked an appointment in one week from time I called. The office followed strict Covid19 guidelines. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. All office staff were friendly I still dont like being addressed by my first name only. Dr. Armstrong is very experienced and knowledgeable quickly diagnosing my problem and performing a surgical procedure right then no having to book a second appointment.

Dr. Armstrong is a superior physician. In my case Dr. Armstrong performed a dual procedure colonoscopy and hemorrhoid band. Everything went as Dr. Armstrong described in my preoperation meeting. For me it was a refreshing napping and fast recovery.

I love Dr. Armstrong but its annoying that you cant speak with an actual person to schedule your colonoscopy. Ive been waiting 2 days for a call back and havent heard anything.

Very experienced professional and great sense of humor. Havent dealt with his staff much but the one time I did speak to his medical assistant was after my bf had surgery. She was a little condescending and seemed annoyed but we got thru it.

Words cannot explain what a blessing Dr. Armstrong and his staff are. Incredible bedside manner is just the icing on the cake. For the past year and a half I have been helping someone very close to me through colon cancer. Dr. Armstrong has been our strength through all of this. He took his time allowed me to attend every meeting make extra phone calls just to keep me in the loop and always patiently took more than enough time to answer all of our questions. He even facetimed me when I could not make it to an appointment His staff patiently helped us through hours of trying to get insurance approvals. More importantly he also helped us stay positive through some really REALLY rough times. He goes way out of his way to make sure that his patient are comfortable. He will not waste your time money or energy on an unnecessary surgery. He is very intelligent and an expert in his field as well as just an all around kind human being. I honestly dont know what we would have done without him. He is literally a LIFE SAVER. THANK YOU DR. ARMSTRONG

The bed side of Dr. Armstrong is the best we have ever experienced. He is the most compassionate Dr ever
